Would stay here every time we visit Shepparton now

Overall great stay, staff are friendly cabins are nice and tidy and clean! Perfect little spot next time we will bring the kids.

Beds felt like you were sleeping on the ground, just all springs. Other than that the stay was alright

Avoid at all cost

Cabin was an absolute disgrace to any connection to a big4 holiday parks. The floor felt like it was going to fall in in places and the cabin had a massive lean to it. The bunkbeds had no grab handles for the kids to get up on them. The bed was as hard as a rock. The kitchen facilities were lack of. We put some food on the bench for less than 5 minutes and they were covered in ants. Let alone the most concerning issue the front sliding door, not even locking properly which is a massive safety feature that needs to be addressed ASAP.
The swimming pool was cloudy as anything and there was other families bringing glass and alcohol and drinking freely not abiding the rules at all and one of the ladies from the office walked past and saw this and did nothing.
Tennis course behind us. We had kids deliberately hitting the back of the cabin and even hit my car with balls and when we complained to the office it was never dealt with. We had the tennis courts being well used after 10pm and then started again at 6am which goes against the rules you have. When I tried to bring up some of our complaints with the office all I got told was to email you guys will never stay here again and will tell our friends to avoid the the place as well.

Cabin perfectly met our needs

We had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom pet friendly cabin. We arrived later in the evening and the Shepparton Holiday Park message with the combination code to access the key from the lockbox. There key was with a map to the cabin which was clearly marked. They made the process so easy. The cabin was clean and suited our needs exactly. The kids were pleasantly surprised to find a small playground within the grounds and the staff I met as I was packing the car when friendly and cheerful. It seemed as if they enjoyed their roles which is a testament to the culture of the Park. We would definitely return.

Bunk beds incredibly uncomfortable and squeaky with every slight movement. Double bed quite comfy. Felt a bit unclean, very small unit but fine for a couple of days.
Easy check in and out, secure access and a good kids playground. Shared amenities very clean and updated, shame the cabins haven’t been updated in the same way
