Natural Serenity & Comfort
We had such a beautiful stay at Palmer’s Lane Estate. The serenity of the area was exactly what we needed—peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by stunning scenery.
The house itself was incredibly well thought out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (even little touches like bug spray and hand sanitiser), which made our stay so comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained.
A special thank you to the hosts, who were so caring and considerate—kindly offering us an early check-in and even giving us an extra hour at checkout, which we really appreciated.
We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back—next time for a longer stay!

If you've got a multitude of tabs open looking for accommodation in the Hunter Valley, close them all and look at Palmers Lane Estate! We've stayed here on several occasions, and each time it has been amazing. The studios are immaculate, and the amenities were perfect. The views are incredibly relaxing (including the Kangaroos with their joeys), and the proximity to Pokolbin Village is so convenient. The accommodation is minutes from larger and smaller vineyards - and just down the road from an e-bike rental place! We've stayed with another family with late primary-aged children and barely saw the kids when we were on site! So much room for pushbikes and other activities! With other families on the property, the studios are so well spaced that you won't be disturbed by others. Booking, arriving and departing are so simple, and we felt welcome from the get-go. Their complimentary charcuterie board and bottle of wine (we had the Cab Sauv) just sealed the deal! Book. You absolutely won't regret it.

Great weekend away and stay at Palmers Lane Estate.
We had a lovely stay at Palmers Lane Estate over the EASTER WEEKEND. We booked the 5bedroom cabin for 3 nights which was very spacious and were given the cabin with a large external verandah having 11 people stay was great. On arrival we had a complimentary cheese platter and bottle of Palmers Lane Estate wine. The grounds were lovely, play area for children and outdoor pool all within walking distance. The Estate was full of Kangaroos who would come visit in the morning and afternoon. I'd never seen that many, up to 15 at one stage. Wild rabbits would roam around at night too so you would have to drive very cautiously in and out of the estate at all times. My only criticism was the cabin attracted mosquito's especially inside our bedrooms, and we had to sleep with the fan on at night to keep them away so possibly invest in some outdoor/Indoor mosquito zappers. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend we would absolutely stay again without hesitation.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palmer’s Lane. The 5-bedroom home is set in a beautiful location, peaceful, spacious, and incredibly well cared for.It was the perfect escape from the city. Everything was so quiet making it easy to truly unwind and switch off. We also got to see kangaroos every day.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully prepared. The house was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive, with so many little touches that made it feel welcoming and personal rather than just another rental. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Every small detail had been considered, which made our stay so comfortable and easy.
The highlight of our experience was our host, Guy. We ran into unexpected car issues during our stay, which was quite stressful, and needed to extend our time. Guy was beyond accommodating and incredibly generous with his support. He went above and beyond to help us during a difficult situation.
We are so grateful for the hospitality we received. It’s rare to come across hosts who genuinely care this much, and it made all the difference.

Mmm what can I say about this fantastic venue.
The grounds were beautifully kept and included a nice mob of eastern Grey kangaroos. It has something for everyone, no matter their age from playground for kids and games to a pool for all and a great fire pit/BBQ area for gathering.
The lodges were well appointed with all you might need for a short or longer stay or for a small or large party.
The hosts Sandra and Guy were great, very professional but relaxed and accommodating.
Cottage 9 is the perfect place for a celebration of any kind.
I highly recommend Palmers Lane Estate.
