Friendly staff and a comfortable stay.
Check-in was very smooth and we took advantage of the onsite parking.
As Accor Diamond Members our room was upgraded and we were provided access to the lounge.
We were upgraded to the Executive Room that was very spacious, lovely view and my most favourite…a large bath. The bed was comfortable and I had a great night sleep.
We used the lounge for the evening canapés along with the beverages. There were three hot items and then a selection of cold items. It was a nice way to start the evening.
We did have the buffet breakfast at the Bacar Restaurant. I could tell it must have been a busy morning as there was a few things that were empty and a little more untidy than I would have expected.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back when we next attend an event at Sydney Olympic Park.

In Room dining menu laminated and stained with red wine
Shower about as useful as a chocolate teapot

Room was a little dated and bathrooms need a bit of attention. Booked a room for 3 people, being me my sister and my neice. Room only came with 2 bath towels. Went down to reception to request another towel but unfortunately it never turned up. Ordered some room service which turned up quicker than expected but definitely was underwhelmed with what we got.
Breakfast was ok not a massive selection. And they also said I had only one breakfast included in my stay. Thankfully we got that sorted and they realised it was for 3 people. Staff where pleasant but seemed very on edge. Overall stay was ok, but for the price I would look elsewhere.

In was breezy and the Pullman was kind enough to get my room setup early as I was there 3 hours before check
In time .
Getting into the room the heater wasn’t working they sent someone up straight away .
Nice walk down to the game in the great atmosphere and nice walk back As winners . Hot shower and a warm room was called for and straight to bed .
Had to tell them in the morning that the chair at the desk was wonky and close to breaking and also the tap in the bathroom sink was loose after finding them both like that .
Thanks for the state of origin cupcake was a nice unexpected treat
