I had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn for two nights. The location was excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed, which made getting around really easy.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and looked great. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and I felt very comfortable throughout my time there.
What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely book a stay at Quality Inn again.

Theft of purse from room
Me and my partner stayed at this inn for the first time over the weekend. We were so excited as it seemed like a lovely place initially. We left the room for 5 hours and came back to our room being made up and clean towels and my purse along with all of my cards and cash stolen. Once we realised my purse was missing we approached reception and were told they were unable to access their cameras without management or the owner and they both refused to attend the inn to assist until the next day.
We are from Melbourne and as all of my identification was located in my purse have been unable to return home until I can obtain a replacement temporary ID to use.
This has resulted in loss of work for both me and my partner for tomorrow along with having to find further accomodation for this evening.
The police are now involved and working to resolve this for us however the inn has not reached out at all or holding any accountability for their cleaning staff. Would strongly recommend against staying here as the staff cannot be trusted not to help themselves to personal belongings . Very very disappointed. Will avoid and spread the word for future potential customers .

Family stay.
We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. On a main road but no traffic noise.
Cosy room, great bathroom, nice shower.
Laundry on site. Beautiful garden in the center of the carpark. And a rotunda for seating and having your morning coffee.
Staff were great.
The convenience of the pub right next door for dinner.
We had a double room with a sofa bed with 2 kids; 5yo and 11mo.
We actually had such a great time.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. The rooms are not modern but are impeccably clean, large, and very comfortable. I will continue to stay here for my regular visits to Penrith.
