Room size was good. Safe and convenient parking with rear door access from the room to the car park spot. Good to have Netflix on tv. Central location within walking distance to clubs and cafes. Staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. On the negative side, the room was cold and the a/c unit took forever to warm up the room. The room had a spa bath but the spa jets weren’t working. The shower head was one of those hand held ones that was difficult to position and didn’t stay aimed where it was needed, and sprayed into the bathroom. Towels could also do with an upgrade as they were quite thin. Overall though, happy with stay.

Hotel website said reception is open until 7pm and since GPS said we’d arrive by 6:30 I didn’t call ahead. Got there at 6:35pm to a dark, locked building Not happy. Called number listed and was told that I was sent a SMS with check in info, but I can’t read SMS while driving

Give it a Miss
Very disappointing stay.
It seems this motel has been cutting costs at the expense of the guest experience. The restaurant has been closed, so there's no option to have dinner on-site, which is a major inconvenience, especially for travellers arriving late.
The breakfast offering was equally disappointing. Rather than a proper cooked breakfast, guests are limited to a basic self-serve continental breakfast. Even worse, only instant coffee is included. If you want a decent coffee, you have to pay extra, which feels unnecessarily stingy.
The biggest issue, however, was the cold. The entire property felt freezing. The tent-like structure covering the entrance and former restaurant area offers little protection from the winter weather, making common areas extremely uncomfortable. The corridors were icy cold, and while the rooms were just warm enough to get by, they were far from cosy.
Overall, the motel feels like it's focused on reducing costs rather than providing a comfortable experience for guests. I won't be staying here again.

I stayed for 3 nights. Room was freezing and the heater didn't really work till midnight, my fridge also wasn't working and staying multiple days for work - I needed this to work. I had to throw out a fair bit of food as nothing was cold. Staff did fix this the next day though. Receptionist was very helpful. My shower head fell off and my plumbing skills at 6am come into play. Stains on the carpet and honestly my plates, cups and glasses you can just tell were only rinsed in the bathroom sink without being properly washed. I'd say this hotel has seen better days. Breakfast was super basic with what was there,no name brands on offer. it was very dark around the breakfast area - No care at all. I do not recommend this hotel. Im sure for a biggish town like Wagga, there would be far better options.

Friendly, helpful staff prior to check in and throughout our stay. Clean, easily accessible room, with a very comfortable bed.
