Best customer service I have received in all our travels

This hotel had the best customer service we have experienced in all our travels globally ; not to mention the convenience- anything we needed was available in minutes. Will definitely be coming to stay here again next time when we visit Uganda

The best experience one can yarn for.

The pillows are the fluffiest, the rooms are spacious,the view is superb,and good ambience, They have a luxurious hotel lobby I have ever seen in Uganda.the staff are so friendly and welcoming,The food was so delicious,It's so convenient because is has a full fledged supermarket.

Great experience ever .

It’s the true definition of luxury they gat clean rooms, welcoming house keeping team, welcoming receptionist ,there pool is so nice and clean , sauna on point oh not forgetting message Uhmm out standing thanks.there lobby was clean, nice ,comfortable and extremely too big

Holiday Makers

The ladies at the reception are very welcoming they can turn your gloomy day to a paradise, rooms are very fresh and the view it's out of this world. We got tired with our bags, Hope to find lifts next we visit. Kudos THE VOICE

It was a good experience

The best hotel with good customer service, smartly dressed wel
, good and fast internet, I enjoyed the welcome juice on arrival,thier health club and spa so amazing with highly professional therapist.
