It is beautiful!
Me and my 2 friends were ona business trip and we had a great pleasure of staying there. The food is super, the atmosphere is great, service is also very good. We had a great time, the whole complex is filled with attractions,from a little zoo to ethnic houses like blacksmith, pottery, etc. The surrounding is beautiful. The nearest store is about a 20min walk from the hotel but that's the only down side i could think of. They have a big parking lot so we could easily park our semi Truck and there still was plenty of room. WIFI is also good, each house has its own gril spot / fire pit. Also a lot of places where children can run around and play. I will definitely come and visit that place again, but this time with my family and dog :)

Pajales!
It is just perfect! great space, very green, many animals, nice gift shop, great restaurant, although the service is painfully slow, extremely helpful people! I would think this is a good place to whatever type of vacation you are having, with kids, young people, senior people, couples, company groups, solo, even if you are a partly lover Kiev is no more than 30 min drive, the title of my review is due to funny encounter, my wife and I took our rented car and spent the evening outside the hotel, we returned shortly after 11pm to see all gates are closed, no one answers the bell, phones numbers dispalyed outside, we have tired calling all the numbers from our roaming phones but got answering machines, we were literally stranded outside, we started shouting Pajales, we meant to say Bajalusta, or something like that, it means excuse me in Russian trying to get someone's attention from the inside, later we know how to say it correctly, after being outside for about 30 min we managed to get someone on the phone who opened the door for us, i would advice that you talk to the staff before you leave in the evening so they expect you at a certain hour at night so you don't have to scream Pajales! Free wifi only at resturant, we had no connectivity in our room, we have asked for a laundry service, the staff done the laundry for us and they refused to charge us for it, very very kind of them!

Real Ukraine is here
The place is out of Kiev, and worth a trip. This enchanting village seems popped out of a fairy tale, yet it is a scientifically accurate reconstruction of how Ukraine looked like in its better days. Food is excellent, forget the shameful frozen vareniki served at fast foods in Kiev, here you can get the real thing and it's never enough: and mind,I'm an hard-to-please Italian.
In short, this is Ukraine at its best, welcoming, hospitable, colourful, cheerful: the country of dreams where girls wear braid, hand-knitted shirts, and are crowned and flowery garlands.
A must-visit every time I'm in Kiev. I strongly recommend it.

Территория хорошая... для детей)))
И все... да да... просто пройтись по природе... посмотреть на пони, кабанчиков и кур (аромат соответственный)... и все. Хороший маркетинговый ход. Кабак и номера при нем оформить в типа этно. И умудриться попасть во все перечни ОСОБЕННЫХ МЕСТ в десятку (интересно, сколько стоит). Территория вообще хорошая. Погулять можно. И все! Из "украинского села" - одна хата. Остальное - подсобные помещения, сложенные лет ендцать назад из гнилых полубревен... с нарушением всех технологий и правил (в том числе именно этно) и покрашеные белой краской! Все! А... кошки забавные... им там видимо комфортно... кормят, не гоняют... одна так гуляет, одна прям в сено окотилась и вылизывает слепых котят... одна откровенно дружит со свиньёй (реально... вместе гуляют в вольере... именно вместе). Так что за настоящим этно - это точно не сюда.

Ресторан ужас!
Самый худший ресторан где я была! Хуже какой то забегаловки. Цены ресторанные,а качество еды очень низкого уровня!!! Вареники с мясом есть невозможно! Вернули! Заказали с капустой- там волосина!!! Ужас!!! Пропал аппетит! Картошка жаренная-пережаренная и сухая... ну есть ничего невозможно. Ушли не поев. Еда с этого ресторана подойдёт разве что свиньям с их мини зоопарка!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
