Great hotel with central location
The hotel is new but classic in decorations. It's centrally located but in a quiet street.
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I had to change my plans and the reception staff was very accommodating.
Breakfast was tasty and you have a big enough choice to choose from. It's just a pity that the pancakes, that taste very well, are served cold.
Everything was very clean.
I do recommend this place if you want to visit Dnipro.
It's the first 4 star hotel where I didn't have access to an iron, nor in the room nor in an ironing room, that I have been in. Of course there is a paying ironing service, but to just iron out the winkels in your shirt after it was in a suitcase, that seems a bit of overkill to me.
The internet connection is good for email, but I lost connection a few times during streaming.
Comfy bed, but rather hard.

Overpriced and overwhelming Levels of Snobbery
I have stayed at this hotel twice now and can say for the price it's one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Apart from the doorman the staff are rude, obnoxious, unfriendly and very arrogant. For such an expensive hotel to not even be provided with 1 bottle of water in your room is shocking. Breakfast is at best average, cold and the coffee machine serves like warm tasteless coffee at an excruciating slow pace. Being asked 3 or 4 times to confirm your room number at breakfast is standard and the aircon in the room is great if all you want is hot air. Lastly the entrance door which requires shoulders like boulders and the strength of Samsom to open due to the bizzare climate control system this horrendous establishment uses. Avoid is my reccomend action.

Cold reseption staff and cold rooms
Reseption staff too much far from guest's mind and to be helpfull . Their work target is too much simple not for to win guesth for reapit again . My room was too much cold when ı asked to make ıt warmer answer was really great ; we have only 22 degree thats it ...

Amazing!
I could not believe the price to be so low for such a quality when I can for the first time here couple of years ago. Now every time I stay in Dnepr, my choice of hotel is solid. Everything in murmur, with a heated floor during winter, the service is up notch, food is wonderful and it’s a tender care of the place in each corner. You won’t succeed to to find a dusty corner even under the massive comfy bed. Definitely recommend this boutique-hotel as the best choice ever!

Very low service level
This morning I had a discussion at the reception. Normally this level of Hotels, present a complementary bottle of water every day. During check out with reception manager Ekaterina I explained that the complementary bottle of water, which is 0.5l had not been delivered and consequently I drank the 0.3l bottle that was in the minibar. She insisted to let me pay the small bottle, 60 local griven, equal to 2.5 euro. I do not have anything wrong with paying this, but I believe they should have understood that it is their responsibility to check that complementary water is in its place. Bad service and even worst understanding at the reception.
