Well located Liviv Scam - Rynok Square

The location is central, that’s all what you get. The rest is a poor standard rip off shelter without any flair. Certainly not a place to spend the New Years time. Pick up the key at Saint Federer Boutique Hotel and walk 10 minutes to the center, big luggage an issue. After seeing the entrance and rooms we wanted to cancel on the spot. The only option we got at the S.F. Hotel reception (receptionist tried to help, and pretended to never have seen the apartments ??? but referred to Booking.com rules), was to pay the full cancellation fee. We definitely didn’t get the room as displayed at the booking confirmation. The apartment was smelling cooking oil and was probably never renovated after the last tenant left. As we couldn’t cancel the booking and to prevent the place will be available again on Booking on the fly, we used the place a central deposit for shopping and a convenience facility close to the Rynok square. After complaining again and being requested to cancel the booking on Booking.com we got a 7% grace discount. 8990 UAH for three nights for a place which is barely worth 700 UAH a night, one of the worst travel experiences ever and the poorest cost vs. value delivery. Stay away, management knows ..... about the standard and tries to talk it’s way out, referring you to Booking.com (dispute not yet resolved). Lviv has much better places to offer for 1/2 of the price, clean, modern and friendly with breakfast included!!! Another affront are the house rules as attached. If you don’t have to stay there and don’t want to spoil your well deserved holiday, stay away.... by all means. Oops almost forgot to say that WiFi didn’t work either, another non delivery for a high price!!!

I don't recommend this place!

I don't even know where to start. I rented the apartment from the main area, but it’s wasn’t what we expect. The apartment was located in a vague street instead of the main area, and as you can see, the place did not correspond to what was presented on the website. I asked for a cancellation for a reservation, but they did not accept it. I show to photos of the place and tried to explain, why we can’t stay there, but they just smile us, just like it was fun for them. I have reported this to a local police station.

Ужасно

Нам достались 9 апартаменты (на фото лиловые). Квартира на 6х человек (!!!) с прозрачной дверью (вставлено стекло) в ванной. Очень неудобно! Ванна очень маленькая, развернуться трудно. Раковина в ванной течёт, на полу вода. Номер на 6х, при этом три одеяла и одно полотенце для ног для всех. Квартира не ухоженная, дверь душевой кабины висит на соплях. Кроме расположения (если не обращать внимание на вонь сигаретного дыма из подъезда) плюсов нет.
