Чудовий сімейний відпочинок. З нами були старші батьки. Готель обладнано повністю для людей з обмеженими можливостями. В готелі знаходиться медичний центр де консультація терапевта є безкоштовною. Компетентні лікарі. На території готелю є декілька басейнів, гірки. Всі басейни у разі потреби підігріваються. Приємно здивував персонал, коли була потрібна допомога старшій людині розібратись у переміщені готелем. Алкоголь у вартість харчування не входить і знаходиться на території барів, морозиво знайшли також окремо. Також можна скористатись спортзалом, фітнес інструктором. Сподобались вправи з фітнес інструктором у басейні.
Great family vacation. My older parents were with us. The hotel is fully equipped for people with disabilities. The hotel has a medical center where consultation with a therapist is free. Competent doctors. The hotel has several swimming pools, slides. All pools are heated if necessary. The staff was pleasantly surprised when they needed the help of an older person to sort out the hotel. Alcohol is not included in the price of food and is in the bars, ice cream is also found separately. You can also use the gym, fitness instructor. I liked the exercises with a fitness instructor in the pool.

Excellent vacation in lovely place
I consider this hotel as one of the best luxury hotels in Ukraine. Amazing combination of outstanding service and high class professionals make this hotel as a pearl not only in Lviv region, but in all country. I loved the food and nature their, at the same time I want to underline that infrastructure of hotel is excellent- it’s possible to satisfy expectations both of adults and kids. Especially thank you to medical division of Rixos Truskavetz for their ability to treat people and help them to combine vacation with medical check ups and medical procedures. I definitely will go their again and suggest all people to visit this place also.

Few small changes here and there - would happily give 5/5
Stayed last week, and had a pleasant stay. Was looking forward to returning, as visited the Rixos in 2018 and had a good stay before.
The hotels very large, plenty to do, the majority of the staff friendly / welcoming / warm
( this has definitely improved ) in my view so that's good. Room stayed in this year very good size, good food options, has a lot going for it this hotel.
Thankfully, if there was renovation going on this year, unlike last year I didn't hear any - which gives you a far better chance to relax. It's not the cheapest place ever, and rightly so, however found this infuriating last year.
The WiFi really needs looking into. Worked well in the lobby, however not fantastic at all in the rooms - was kindly given a WiFi booster by reception which did help in my room - however in 2019 and the price you're charged WiFi should work a lot better than it did in my view. Understand it's a Spa - you're not at a hotel to surf the web - however sometimes you want to and this really needs looking into.
The hotel is in desperate need of a lick of paint from the outside - this was even more glariningly obvious this year, and I'm amazed this hasn't happened in the time elapsed since last stay. Appreciate this may be expensive, timely etc - however it's really making the hotel look tired and not showing off it's full potential. A shame as it could be beautiful.
Overall, a good stay - gave some thoughts to staff on the desk about a couple of other feedback that will leave with them, but a good stay on the whole.

New Year party
Visited for New Year party. All good but expensive. Rooms in need of major updates. To be @ Rixos level. Overpriced. !!!Too long wait for the elevators. Breakfast good but for short hours. Please make room service faster.

Standard room I had is very small.
Carpets in the halls and rooms are gross - I do not understand what the management of hotel is thinking about?!

Really liked hotel lobby - nice and specious.
Breakfast was really nice - big veriaty of dishes - restaurant is big and a lot of light
Spa is really nice.
Did not go to medical facility
