Excelent place to stay.

I went on carnaval vacations to Montevideo. I first have reserved in other hostel that didn´t resepect our reservation. I fortunatly find Posada del Gaucho to stay. It was a really good experience. The place is in optimal location. Instalations are almost new. I suggest 100%.

Super recomendable

Excelente lugar, limpio y bastante grande. Gente muy amable y atenta.
Cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias y posee una muy buena ubicación en Ciudad Vieja, pleno corazón de Montevideo.
Sin dudas recomendable ♥️

Bon hsotal, attention au quartier!

L'hostal se trouve dans un très bel édifice, les chambres sont très spacieuses et fonctionnelles (lockers), le petit-déjeuner et correct. Proche des principaux centres d'intérêts de la ville. Dommage que le quartier n'inspire pas confiance passée une certaine heure!

Elegante, acogedor y CentricoEleganteE

Elegante, pues la edificacion corresponde a un palacete restaurado, correspondiente a la bella arquitectura Montevideana clasica. Techos altos, espaciosas y bien equipadas habitaciones, sin dejar de ser un Hostal. Acogedor, pues las areas comunes son amplias, dotadas de confortables sofas , internet, wifi, una pequeña biblioteca. Los baños bien dotados y limpios y la cocina amplia con dos neveras, suficiente equipamiento de todo lo necesario para prepararse los alimentos, amen del servicio de desayuno, sencillo pero suficiente.Centrico, pues esta ubicado en Ciudad Vieja, el corazon de la ciudad y punto de partida necesario para entender de que se trata esta bella, cosmopolita y muy acogedora ciudad donde el viejareo de cualquier parte del mundo sera bien recibido...si guarda la debida compostura.

A pousada está muito bem localizada. Possui armários, café razoável, internet, próxima ao centro turístico velho, próxima do mercado do porto, e os funcionários são bem prestativos. A relação custo benefício vale.
