Watch out for the “Omar”

We book in booking at the Omar Hotel and without any communication we are redirected to another address that arrives with the booking confirmation, that of the Omar vs Terracce.
From what we understand there are 5 hotels with the name Omar: the photos of the rooms are the same, the prices are slightly different.
The hotel is terrible, run by a lady who doesn’t speak a word of English, and just laughs and nods.
Dirty sheets and towels: we asked to change them as soon as we arrived. The triple room was tiny, and full of flies (on the carpet between the bed and the window there were dozens of them). The room is not redone during the stay: even the baskets in the bathroom, where you can not flush paper down the toilet, are not emptied.
The bathroom is not very functional: the bath is unstable and unsafe.
Bad breakfast, made of greasy fried and fruit already cut and then blackened, in an underground room also inhabited by flies.
The price is low, but still not enough: you should be paid to stay there.

Terrible and rude nationalist personnel”

We do not recommend this hotel, booked a week before Trips, booking confirmed by the hotel. When a very rude aunt arrived at the scene, the chauvinist at the front desk said that the room was not available and wait until 5:00 p.m. and if suddenly freed then she would give us a room. When they started asking why the reservation was confirmed then, the chauvinist aunt stated that all Uzbeks do not know how to use hotel booking apps and book and do not come, we said why then work with guest booking apps, to which she stated dislike or wait until the room is free or you can find another hotel yourself, although she saw that we were with a 7-month-old baby in our arms after the 6 o'clock train. P..S in Bukhara is predominantly Tajik so this kind of chauvinist aunts behave like this. Not all people are like they say. But we highly recommend this hotel to those who will be in Bukhara.
