We stayed 3 nights at the guest house on the way to Xi’an. The location is very convenient to all see sights. We walked to Registan Square every night while we stayed there and all restaurants close to the square. Saniya guests house served homemade traditional breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate their hospitality!

Average , deserves the terrace

We stayed two days in this guest house. Room very small but works the, great location a stone's throw from the mausoleum of the tamerlengo, wonderful terrace. For those who practice yoga it is perfect. Breakfast far from Italian national standards. Too different from what we are used to try if someone loves cold salami, cold vegetables and omelette for breakfast.
For the price paid is fine. If you do not have excessive claims it is recommended. The property is clean. Remember to bring your slippers and it's proper since there are only carpets.

Not recommended!

Don't believe the reviews of "great breakfast"! 6 pieces of bun, 4 pieces of sausage, 4 pieces of cheese, 2 cold pancakes(+2 tablespoons of jam to them), "salad" of half tomato and half cucumber, two desserts measuring 1.5×1.5 cm. Soluble coffee or tea of choice.It's for two. The mistress may or may not offer eggs. Maybe she didn't like us, but I hadn't seen such a lame breakfast in Uzbekistan or on a trip to the far regions of Russia. There is no bottled water in the room, no refrigerator (there was no kettle in the reservation), no kettle (there was a kettle in the reservation), accordingly there is nothing for tea (tea bags, sugar, etc.). One of the beds was very creaky and the mattresses were too rigid. The really chic view from the terrace of the Gur-Emir failed to compensate for the impression of this guest house.

Excellent

Hotel with snoring style rooms and large bathroom. The location is great because just off the main street of Samarkand and a stone's throw from the Tamerlane mausoleum. To get to Registan it takes 15 minutes on foot along a pleasant park. Breakfast is hearty, with sweet and savory (no buffet). The upper terrace is large but little exploited since there is only one table. Friendly and minimally invasive staff

Une hôte très aimable et accommodante. Du choix au petit déjeuner servi à table. La literie est confortable. Tout près du mausolée d’Amir Temur.
