New, modern hotel with excellent staff
On the third floor there is a kitchen, it can be used , there are breakfasts. Breakfast is excellent included in the price (pancakes, eggs, omelet, samsa, sausages, every morning was something new) There is an option to choose the time of serving breakfast.
Within walking distance are the main attractions, there are many cafes and shops around and the city's most delicious samsa Erka somsa
The very attentive and hospitable owner of the hotel Timur personally met us upon arrival in Samarkand and took us to the hotel, helped with all questions and gave the necessary recommendations for visiting Uzbekistan, thanks to which our vacation was as comfortable as possible. If we are still in Samarkand we will definitely stop here, ideal.

Overrated!
We were checked-in by Oybek who was very pleasant and tried his best to make our stay comfortable. Full points to him.
This Hotel will not be suitable for people with mobility issues as there are no lifts and one has to use the staircase.
There is one (or two rooms) in the first floor and another in the second floor and one in the third floor (larger room). We took the rooms on the second and third floor. The 3-4 rooms are reasonably well furnished and clean.
The toiletries were good. The bathroom on the second floor had a bad smell from the sewer. Tried to bring it to the attention of the reception, but nothing was done about this. No towels were provided for the second room as they were apparently being washed and dried. The bad smell in the room from the bathroom needs to be seriously addressed.
We were allowed to use the kitchen on the second floor which also served as the dining area for Breakfast. We used the tea and coffee making facility in the main kitchen.
The Breakfast was very basic and a bit disappointing to say the least.
WiFi is very good and fast.
There was no TV in the room we stayed.
The Hotel is located in a busy area and a bit away from the main attractions that can be easily reached by the reasonably priced taxis.
