El hotel está en una excelente locación , las habitaciones limpias , buen aire condicionado , caminando a el
Centro excelente , solo que ninguno de los dos días pude desayunar ( había pagado por desayuno ). Pero ninguno de los dos días el desayuno estuvo listo , a las hora prevista 7:00am siempre estaba listo una hora después y los TUR pasaban por mí a las 8:00am ….. pero el hotel excelente localización trato y habitaciones

It is within easy walking distance of the city center—which is excellent—though I was unable to have breakfast on either of the two days I stayed (despite having paid for it). On neither day was breakfast ready at the scheduled time of 7:00 AM; it was always ready an hour later, yet my tour operators were scheduled to pick me up at 8:00 AM. Nevertheless, the hotel is excellent in terms of its location, service, and rooms.

Pros: great location near Registan, great price point, friendly staff
Cons: room wasn't fully cleaned since the previous guest, thin walls, bed not very comfortable, bathroom in need of a reno.
TL;DR you get what you pay for, and it's a reasonable option if you prioritize value and convenience over cleanliness and comfort.

Nice guest house hotel
We booked the hotel in mid-March. Check-in on the night of April 28-29, check-out on May 7.
Initially, the hotel attracted me with its location and price. My request was a room with a double bed. Paid extra for breakfast.
The hotel confirmed the reservation very quickly, with payment on the spot in rubles.
This both alarmed me and seemed very convenient. But, the hotel does not warn that it charges a tax introduced on January 1, 2024, and the cost of this tax is not included in the room price.
Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel had reserved a room with two single beds for me.
From everything we can conclude that the hotel confirms the reservation to everyone, but what will happen in fact is unknown.
Wherein. The room has two single beds with hard mattresses (I love them), which were pushed together into one double bed (this suits me quite well). There is a table, an armchair, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a TV, plumbing fixtures, there is a hairdryer, quite decent, not a hotel one, screwed on against the wall, burning his hair. View from the window into the wall half a meter from the building.
In the utility room there is an iron and a table where you can iron clothes. Upon request, you will be given a kettle, and in the basement, where breakfast is served, you can take a bag of tea or coffee.
There is Wi-Fi, but sometimes it falls off - and the TV doesn’t work and the phone doesn’t load anything either. But if there was, then I caught it in the room without any problems. Smart TV with some applications (I watched YouTube when I had the opportunity).
You can ask to wash clothes (except underwear), but I didn’t have to use it.
Breakfasts are minimal. Sliced bread, cheese, sausage, eggs, cookies, porridge. Scrambled eggs are being prepared. I asked about the omelette, they said they don’t prepare it because... no one eats it. But, in general, if you’re too lazy to run somewhere in the morning for breakfast, then it’s acceptable.
Thermopot with boiling water, bagged and loose tea, coffee in 3in1 bags or just black. There is no milk, I bought a tetra pack in the store and used it.
Cups, bowls, saucers, teapots, cutlery.
I can’t say that this is worth the money they charge for such a breakfast, but I definitely don’t want to run somewhere for breakfast in the morning.
The rooms are not bad, although a little uncomfortable in some places.
What I was missing. Shelves under the mirror, places to hang long clothes.
Refrigerator. There is a large refrigerator in the utility room that you can use.
The construction side of the shower seemed uncomfortable when standing in front of the sink.
Heating the room - the air conditioner does not work for heat. And if it’s +12 outside, it won’t heat the room.
Not to the hotel, but in general. I have read many times that the water is being turned off. And it’s the same here too. The hotel has a certain amount of reserve, but it was enough for one day, but the water was turned off for two days. On the morning of the second day, a tub of 10 liters of water and a bowl were placed in each room. And in the evening they gave us water.
You can smoke outside near the reception desk.
About money. I changed dollars at a bank nearby. To exchange rubles, they recommended contacting the national bank. But the exchange rate there turned out to be worse than that of street money changers. Rubles were changed right at the hotel. Exchange dollars at a very reasonable rate everywhere.
It is better to call a taxi through Yandex, with payment in cash. The price is moderate and fixed.
Otherwise, the hotel is family-run, the owners live here and look after everything themselves. This is both good and seems quite tedious.
After living in a hotel for more than a week you feel like good neighbors))
I can recommend it in any case - even for an overnight stay, even for a long stay, just understanding how everything works here.

even there was no view at all in my room I was pretty happy with the place. quiet and safe, privately owned place. english was not very used. breakfast: average, but good and healthy. near of Registan square (7 min walk), some restaurants nearby. parking: free, if you succeed to find a spot. good option for sure!
