Reasonably priced Hotel

We stayed there for one night on our way to Samarkand. Location is very good, near to Magic city and a shopping mall. There's a small river running opposite to hotel though heavy construction works going on at the other end. Not too far away from centre.. maximum 10 minutes taxi drive. Room and washroom is good at the price we paid. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended.

will not return!

location of the hotel is only key, you can walk and reach to all the main city attractions, other than that, just horrible, room was very cold, no heating, only air conditioner, which was not properly running, light switch's were broken, room was very smelly, breakfast was kind of ok, but the staff in the breakfast place was ignoring everyone, she did not care at all about customers and watching something very loudly at her phone. Hotel is old, and needs very serious renovation, also they need to train their staff how to work with guests, housekeeping, receptions, all these people, not sure if they know where they working and what their duties. Will not come back to this place!

Worst ever experience

Be careful!! We were charged more than the price that was mentioned by Booking.com. We have booked a double room. The guy on the reception, told us to to pay extra money. The amount of the money is not the issue. The main problem is I had the feeling that they were using the fact that we were late checking-in and had no other options. This experience I had was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in booking.com. The room was dirty, we wanted to change the room, we were offered a smaller room with similar dirtyness. We refused. Overall to be able to sleep we spent 2 extra hours. I would never stay again at this hotel. There was no water heater at the room. The tea bags were open etc..
