Enjoyable weekend
The hotel is somewhat tired and requires restoration.
Breakfast is fine, but certainly not for a 5*, the hotel would rate a good 4*.
The spa complex has: sauna (good) and hamam (did not work), swimming pool inside and 2 outside, Jacuzzi, give large towels. The complex is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
There are not many sunbeds outside, just one umbrella, sunbeds with shades 2. The staff is helpful, everyone smiles, says hello, if something is missing they try to solve the problem, but you need to remind.
At breakfast, everything is controlled, empty plates are immediately taken away, wondering what drinks to bring, we got a lunch box with us when they found out we were leaving, the service is beyond praise.
The room has ironing board and iron, shampoo, balm, shower gel, lotion. Hygiene supplies. Towels are enough. Slippers and bathrobes were also present.
Elevators often break down, periodically some don't work.
If the room overlooks the swimming pool, until 00:00 and even until 1:00, you will listen to music from a nearby restaurant, we asked for another room after such a “good” night, relocated without problems, the rooms overlooking the roadway are quiet. The place itself is central, in this great plus hotel, from the outside looks presentable.
By the summer pool, renovations were being done, tiles were being painted, I thought this area should have been isolated from the residents somehow.
Wi-fi is weak, not caught near the summer pool.
Hotel recommended, price/quality ratio - match. Soulful staff, ready to resolve any issues, cover all minor shortcomings unambiguously.
