Super Hotel. Little paradise in Tashkent.
The hotel is a little paradise next to the Cosmonauts Park in Tashkent, just a two-minute walk from the metro. It has a swimming pool and a lovely garden with trees. The room had a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. I'm delighted.

Great modern hotel
The Hotel obviously had a full renovation and they really did a great job.
The hotel is very modern, everything looks nice and quite new. I had a standard room on the ground floor not far from the reception, with window to the pool area. Often times this means noise, but it was really calm and quiet. Also the location of the hotel in a small side street makes it calm.
My room was spacious, comfortable, clean, the interior was modern and everything worked perfectly.
The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay and their English knowledge was very good as well.
I didn't try the breakfast, cause I like to sleep long on holiday.
The location is ok, as I said calm, supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby, you can walk to some of the sights in the city, or take the metro, a station is nearby.
I paid extra for checking in 5 hours early, but the price was reasonable (<30 USD).

Excellent modern stylish hotel
Very stylish , small hotel . Conveniently located , within walking distance of the attractions. Room new, perfect modern plumbing , nice mattress and pillows

Good hotel, check-in to improve
PLUS: Excellent location, a few steps from the Kosmonavtlar metro station: perfect for visiting the city both by metro and on foot.

Very good breakfast. On the second day we had to leave at 5am and were given a lunch bag full of food.
MINUS: We had asked (and paid) for early check-in, coming from the airport after an overnight flight. However our rooms were not available and we had to wait more than 30 minutes. We were also told that the room had to be changed for the next night, forcing us to pack our luggage, even though there was no room change.
Not all the staff at the reception speak English.

Any other hotel is better than this…
Absolutely disgusting place. The room is old, but that’s not the point...
For each of the 8 (!!) reservations for which we traveled with our company, the calculation was incorrectly made! For some, the extra night has been counted, for others, the tourist tax has been deducted twice, and so on! The staff is irresponsible and not attentive; at every stage you need to be careful and recalculate/recheck everything. I consider this absolutely unacceptable!
