Hesperia Playa El Agua: đánh giá

Poor service and deteriorating facilities
The towels looked like old rags, small, yellow, and frayed; there was no hand towel or bath mat to use after the shower.
The toilet did not fill the water tank unless you opened the lid and applied pressure on the plug. The sink only worked on the hot water side and was unbearably hot.
The issue with the loungers is true; it happened to us during the first visit in the Christmas season; there were not enough!
This time we did not use the buffet.

Venezuela is beautiful, but choose your hotel carefully
Let's start with the Nordwind flight. It went well, of course, 14-15 hours is pretty exhausting anyway, but the company did everything to make us comfortable. We flew both back and forth on time. During the journey, we were fed 1 time hot food, quite acceptable taste. Drinks were handed out twice. You could also come and get water/tea/coffee from the stewardesses at any time. On the way back there was refueling in Caracas (about 2 hours), did not get off the plane.!!! Important point: on the airline's website 5 days before departure begins the sale of dope services (in the order management section) - you can buy good seats , for example, at emergency exits.
The host is Pegasus Tourist. Transfer is good, bus is spacious.
Check-in: arrived at the hotel around 13, went to lunch, in the afternoon immediately given the keys. You should bear in mind that they do not immediately give remotes from air conditioners, as well as cards for towels, and say nothing about it. You have to first understand in the room that there is no remote, go to the reception, they say you need a $20 deposit, you go get the deposit, and then they give you the remote and the cards.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, quite large, lots of birds, parrots, saw hummingbirds, iguanas, in the dark on palm trees and bushes saw fireflies - very beautiful. There is a swimming pool by the villas as well as a large pool by the restaurant. There are buildings of several floors (many of them have not been inhabited for a long time, as there are not many guests) and villas. We had Holiday Village Room – this is a room in a single-storey cabin with 3 rooms, the room is quite spacious. Wi-fi doesn't catch in rooms. There's a wi fi at the reception. There's a wi fi on the property somewhere.
And that's where the BUT starts:
The number stock is pretty tired. Room 2 has windows into the floor, their locks may be broken, the window doors in many rooms do not close tightly, leaving a gap in which ants, cucaraches, midges, mosquitoes can crawl. Also in the bathroom instead of glass on the window are open blinds, through which anyone can also fly.
Water pressure is low, sometimes there is no hot water or it takes a long time to warm up. There used to be lights out in the whole hotel, once even for three hours, in which case there was no water at all.
Dirty towels, they just don't wash off anymore, and sometimes there are frank stains, maybe dirty bed linen.
The lack of slippers, much less bathrobes, do not add shower utensils, soap and gel had to be knocked out.
No hairdryer in Holiday Village Room.
The hotel has 110 volts of electricity, so the hairdryer brought in from home was barely working.
The electrical locks on the doors break, we locked the door one day and didn't even know the lock was broken, and the door was actually open.
The double room is given only one bottle of water (1.5 litres) per day, which in this heat is clearly not enough.
We had two rooms in these cabins, one had a huge slit in the window door, we knocked out a replacement the next day for a room in one of the blocks of several floors. There were windows closed tightly, the balcony had a chance to dry something, but to say it was better than the villas is difficult. First of all, after a couple of days, there was a broken toilet, which they couldn't fix, they started to offer us other rooms, which were even worse, and lived with a broken toilet, went to the bathroom at the reception.) Secondly, the audibility in these rooms is such that it looks like someone is walking in your room.
Beach:
Playa El Agua – the beach is beautiful, light sand, palm trees, a little crowded.
BUT - few umbrellas, and when more guests arrive (for the weekend) problems with sunbeds begin, many broken sunbeds.
Big waves, swimming is impossible.
Restaurant:
You won't stay hungry.
BUT - there are sour vegetable salads and fruits. The fruit is just watermelon, papaya and tacky melon. Vegetables include green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, cabbage.
They mainly prepare corn tortillas, rice, potatoes, zucchini stewed with carrots. From meat and fish - barracuda, pork, beef, chicken. Meat and fish are very often rubbery!!! Sometimes empanados (like chebureks) were fried, they are delicious, but you have to wait about half an hour by the stove in the heat. By the way, there's no air conditioning in the restaurant, it's kind of wallless, streetwise.
Coffee's pretty decent.
Cleanliness of tables and chairs: they are dirty, you can stain light clothes.
You also have to be careful with the food - there may be something hard in it, not to mention the omelette shell.
Alcohol is plentiful. Cocktails served in plastic cups)
Pool:
Keep the water out of your ears, we went to the clinic with that. The insurance worked perfectly, the clinic was great, the staff was wonderful, there were no claims to medical care!
We didn't need the animation, but we never saw it.
There are no kayaks, no catamarans, etc.
The hotel staff is friendly, they do not refuse to respond, but they do not seek to do anything quickly either.
On the plane, they talked to tourists who lived in Sunsol Ecoland, he's clearly better!
Pegasus and I didn't go on field trips, so we can't comment. We went on a sightseeing tour of the island with a private guide, she has lived on the island for many years, we are thrilled, very many places visited, saw a lot of beauty, drank a delicious coconut cocktail at the Kurwa cafe (there were also cool parrots). She is insanely interesting and humorously tells, takes the most beautiful photos) Recommend everyone, phone can write in private messages.
Then we rented cars and drove around the island ourselves. Drive comfortably, no one races, no license requested). Drove on downloaded Google maps.
We rented cars from two private citizens, I can write phones in private messages.
We wish everyone a beautiful Margarita and a good choice of hotel!

My worst experience
It's really unusual that I paid for something I didn't have. I'm certainly not going to that hotel again.
I only rescue from my stay the pools and the private beach.
