Great value and awesome service!

Amazing customer service. Very clean large rooms. Very walkable to most of the city. Can't wait to return here! Also a wonderful bakery across the street that we went to daily then returned to the hotel's lobby for their delicious coffees! Totally recomend them!

Central location with very helpful staff.

We stayed here at short notice for 2 nights. They kindly allowed us to check in super early too. Very central location, just a few minutes walk to places to eat, cafes, bars, night market and lake. It was very clean and even though it was central, no noise disturbance. Staff were very helpful.

very clean and affordable hotel in Da Lat

the staff and owner very very nice to help me about information and everything about my trip, bus, and help to send me a package to someone who were help me in Da Lat. i always happy traveling in Da Lat, one of my favorite city in the world.

Nice cheap hotel in Da Lat

We were very positively surprised by the hotel's standard compared to it only having 2 stars. There was a nice breakfast. The rooms were small but there was what should be. Cleaning was there every day and they were very quick to arrange laundry.

Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Now the hotel is on a very busy road which is great for convenience but the road is noisy. However, earplugs do block this out and I wasn’t affected by it. The other guests however, were the biggest problem. Banging on doors loudly at incessantly at 5am. Slamming doors at 6am and then having full on conversations and playing music in the hall way before 7am. Considering you can hear the noise on multiple floors and this happened every night I really thought the management would say something but no such luck.
Apart from this the rooms are small but practical. The fridge is very handy to have cool water and the shower has plenty of power. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
