Very Pleasant stay overall
Awesome location- our room had the best view of My Khe beach, but was quiet because there were no karaoke or restaurants across from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff - our check in Jena went smoothly and she even booked us a breakfast buffet. Jena of Serenity Spa allowed us to get some rest while waiting for our room to be ready. Lobby Supervisor Hoang Nguyen helped us with making arrangements with our airport shuttle and tours. We had a great time with our tour and the private car that he arranged to drive us around was awesome. Rooms were maintained every day. We were able to eat in all the in house restaurants and the food did not disappoint. The Serenity Spa was the best; very highly skilled massage therapists that soothed away the fatigue from a very early flight. There was only a minor confusion with the Breakfast buffet arrangements ( Khien Of The Eatery said so) but overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

Most friendly and helpful hotel
We ended up with a Duty Manager Nhan who was wonderful. Helped us with suggestions, questions and anything we needed. I have to say all the staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming they all want to be helpful.
The pool area is small with only a few deck chairs and the pool was chilled. We chose to go to the beach and hire chairs there. Very central to the centre of town. Lots of options to eat out. Rooms are adequate and clean. I would recommend this hotel

Exceptional stay at Four Points by Sheraton Da Nang
This was one of the most memorable hotel stays I ever had. First of all, the treatment of Bonvoy members is just incredible and you get spoiled with Vietnamese gifts and room upgrades (if available). The hotel has a prime location at the My Khe beach offering stunning views over the whole beach line and Son Tra Peninsula. The breakfast is just huge, offering Vietnamese, Korean, Indian, Japanese etc corners and special area and a la carte menu for Bonvoy members. The menu of the Horizon bar has many options, including local Da Nang dishes and international/Asian fusion as well. The pool area is stunning, the reception workers, the housekeeping and restaurant workers are very friendly and helpful. Overall, the guest care is superb and exceptional.

Wholesome experience
We spent 4 nights. The hotel facilities are great, the food and hospitality was amazing, and the very close to the beach across the road. The view from our hotel and the 36F Horizon bar, and 35F training room was an awesome view of the beach and ocean. You could feel the vibrant energy surrounding the area.
