Khu Nghỉ Dưỡng Bãi Biển Melia Đà Nẵng
Melia Danang nằm bên Bãi biển Non Nước, chỉ cách sân bay quốc tế Đà Nẵng 15 phút lái xe. Chỗ nghỉ này có khu vực bãi biển riêng dài 415 m, hồ bơi lớn ngoài trời, spa và khu vườn cảnh xinh đẹp.

Fabulous beach side hotel
We stayed here for 4 nights and loved every minute of it.
We wanted a bit of beach, sun and relaxation after 9 days of touring North and Central Vietnam and the Meliá fitted the bill perfectly. It’s beautifully laid out with lovely gardens.
It’s 15 mins south of downtown Da Nang, situated by a fabulous beach. Customer service from all the staff was excellent and our room was perfect.
There are 2 good pools, one with a pool bar but we tended to stay on the beach as there was a lovely breeze and you could watch the local fishermen at work.
We were on half board. Breakfast was good but dinner in either Sasa or Cap Nau restaurants was very very good. Wide selection of dishes, high quality food, beautifully presented. Special mentions for Vy and Linh who looked after us so well at the Cap Nau restaurants was.
Highly recommend - we would definitely return to Meliá Danang Beach Resort

Having stayed at Melia at other locations before, I thought that it would be a great stay but I was extremely disappointed.
1. Check-in service was bad. It is clear that the hotel is very understaffed and there was no clear queue line for the check-in. It took quite some time before I could do my check-in procedures. It was very hot and humid and no staff came to offer us a welcome drink (although it was in the package booked) or a seat while waiting.
2. It was very difficult to get any kind of service. A simple request like bottled water was unfulfilled. We asked housekeeping 6-7 times and it was never delivered to our room. We had to go to the front desk personally to get the bottled water.
3. Breakfast had a decent spread but most of the food was not great. I recommend you skipping the breakfast if you really want to stay at this hotel.
4. In-room dining was quite bad as well. We order the beef pho and satay. Both did not taste great. Parts of the satay were burned and the pho is one of the worst I have tasted before.
5. Spa experience wasn't great as well. For the price, please go and try some other spa. I am not sure the reason for the high ratings but please take your money elsewhere.
6. Ordering food delivery was a hassle as well. It is like the hotel wants to force you to eat their food. The food delivery driver is unable to enter the hotel premises so if you order food, you have to go to the gate to collect instead of at the lobby.

Lacking something to make it special !
This place has everything you could want but it is good not great . Didn’t start well when they couldn’t find our booking at check in , then the rooms weren’t connected , then the beds weren’t twin like requested but finally after we paid an upgrade fee for the connecting room and got the beds sorted we settled in . The food is good and the spa very good . Staff are good and do their job well but lack some spark Minibar only has beer and some soft drinks but didn’t get checked for the whole time we were there so I wonder why they even have it . Checkout was done on a calculator to get the amount and I didn’t get a copy of a bill so just lacking .
Overall I probably will look somewhere else next time . First time with this brand and expectations not really met for a luxury resort .

Very good stay
had a relaxing stay at this beach resort. The service was good throughout our visit, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Our room was comfortable however "dark"... We really enjoyed the good-sized infinity pool. The breakfast was very good, and the lounge (level guests) was useful spot to get a cold soft drink. We'd likely return here next time. The hotel is a short taxi ride to the city centre.
Slight disappointment at check in, we arrived after 10pm and there were no bell boys to help us with multiple bags when leaving the taxi. The suitcases were taken to the room as expected though.
