The friendly receptionists were very enthusiastic in assisting guests, everything here is generally very good, it's just a bit of a shame because of the rain.

High level of hotel
Very good service and staff very nice and caring. High level of hotel. Near the beach and good pool, as well as supplies around the hotel are very good.

Fantastic Relaxing Trip – Beautiful Vibe & Excellent Staff!
We had an incredibly relaxing 3-day, 2-night family trip at Phu Hai Beach Resort. Overall, it was a very happy and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind.
The Positives:
The Staff: Absolutely amazing! They are friendly, sweet, and dedicated. Special shoutout to Thy (Reception), Chi and Trung (Restaurant), and Uncle Trung (Pool). The F&B team is doing a phenomenal job.
The Facilities: The resort has lots of greenery, a very large swimming pool, and a stunning, clean beach. Perfect for a nature-filled getaway.
The Food: The buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious.
Area for Improvement:
Room Service Delivery: There was quite a delay between ordering and receiving our food in the room. I want to emphasize that this is not the staff's fault. The resort is severely understaffed in this area, with only two servers handling a huge number of guests. Worse, they have to deliver food on foot without buggy support. Management needs to provide electric carts or hire more staff to support their team, as this slightly impacts the guest experience.
Despite the room service issue, the beautiful environment and the warmth of the staff made our trip truly memorable. We would love to come back!

Very nice resort for relaxation
I have already been to Phu Hai 4 times. This is my 4th time at Phu Hai. The staff is super nice and very patient regarding my limited English skills. The facility is very well maintained, the breakfast buffet is plentiful, and there is something for everyone. The facility offers massages, etc. We were accommodated in a bungalow. It was clean and had a great outdoor shower. We spent a very relaxing vacation here. Furthermore, we participated in a BBQ dinner by the pool. Many thanks to the hardworking chefs and all the staff who were involved in organizing this event.
