Worst Hotel!!!

I recently stayed at BB Hotel in Phu Quoc, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The hotel is very different from how it appears in the pictures shown on booking platforms. The room condition was poor and did not match the description provided at the time of booking. Basic facilities were not functioning properly — the TV wasn’t working, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and overall maintenance standards were low.
The room I booked mentioned a balcony, but none was provided. Certain amenities that were advertised were also missing. The food quality was below average and did not meet expectations.
Considering the high price charged for this stay, the experience was nowhere close to being worth it. The hotel should not be positioned or priced as a premium property based on the current condition and service standards.
I would strongly advise travelers to carefully read recent reviews and verify details before booking BB Hotel through any platform. My experience was far from satisfactory and very disappointing.

Attention ⛔️ cancel the reservation on the day of arrival

I booked a room on June 27 I exchanged several mails with the property on comfort services of the structure, until the day of my arrival on January 20 I receive an email canceled reservation, I state that I had booked for 8 nights from January 20-28 through Booking.com ne booking nor the structure that I tried to contact via chat via whatt app and mail never anyone answered me only after a few days he answered me saying that I had a problem with the impossible card!! It's two weeks that I'm around Vietnam and I always booked with the usual card , the strange thing is that my booking was for 8 nights 150€ once the cancellation arrived I got the proposal to book again but magically it cost 850€ usual room usual services 8 times more !!! My card I don't think!!!

Attention the day of arrival cancel!!

They canceled the room the same day I had booked in June on January 20 I get an email that my cata was not valid thing absurd because it is a Revolut metal is two weeks that I am around Vietnam with this card with various payments and withdrawals I had paid 150 € for 8 nights after cancellation via Booking.com page I get the email that I can rebook and the structure at 850 € for the usual dates!! That is 8 times more I tried to call even with a Vietnamese person nothing ... mail to the hotel nothing ... no one ever answered ... the problem was that my payment was too low ... now I jo opened a proceeding with Booking.com

Run away!

We got overbooked, which is not nice but it happens (we work in hospitality so its fine), but were treated horribly. We were offered a below acceptable accommodation as replacement: we would have had to share an apartment, they were pushing us so much to accept this offer.
Bear in mind that we booked a good rated hotel room with breakfast and were offered to stay in a 1 star shared apartment (ni breakfast even) , which rating online was 1/5 (the comment just said terrible ).
When were refused this and were asking for any other decent alternative we were asked to pay for it ourselves, as if we haven’t already booked a stay, so many months in advance. Most of Phu Quoc hotels were fully booked, as it is a high season, and you can imagine the prices (stays were 6x more expensive then the price for which we booked). After hours of dread and stress, going back and forth and waiting to see where will end up, we were offered and taken to a decent hotel, which only had an availability for 2 nights, not our entire stay. Those 2 days were spent panicking thinking what to do, how to change plans of our vacation, and make the most of the the situation we are in. We could not do any activities/excursions we planned, as first day we were under so much stress there was no way to get on a tour, and second day we would have to change the hotel. Feeling hopeless and disappointed we decided to leave Phu Quoc, and cut our holiday here short, to only 2 nights.
Thanks to the manageress who literally ruined our holiday, not being at all helpful in this situation we were found by their own mistake, which we ended up paying for (literally and figuratively).
Dont book this place - do yourself a favor and find another hotel.
