Thank so much lucky Buddha for my stay during yet. It so wonderful to be long bien. If your looking for quiet this it it only a random dog and rooster at night. No horns or cars. The view from top is spectacular. I could see long bien bridge and downtown Hanoi during yet. My host family was super helpful and wonderful. Pool was as refreshing room had a view of river and cool breezes at night. Thank you lucky Buddha it's not goodbye only see you later. Cam on

Horrible!!!
Horrible and disrespectful!
Hotel to escape!
The woman who manages the reception is nonchalant and haughty!
All she wants is money!
The pictures are false!
The pool is gross!
The water is green, it doesn't make you want to!
This is not a real Hotel!
No toothbrushes were provided or other equipment needed for the toilet.
No towels in the rooms.
You have to ask to get one!
The sheets are not clean at all!
The host's wife did purposely cancel the card payment when booking to make us pay more when we arrived on site!
If I could score -10, I would have done it!
The man is adorable unlike the woman!.
She speaks in too many ways and disrespectful mimics.
She only sees customers as money holders on legs!.
The location is lame!.
Nobody stays at the front desk if we need anything.
Lack of respect from the woman who manages the reception.
The showerhead was pulling itself out of the wall.
I would not recommend it at all!!!

TO ESCAPE!!!!!!
Very disappointing stay.
When we arrived, no slippers were provided contrary to what was stated in the announcement, and several mentioned equipment was simply missing. We had no towels or toilet paper, which is unacceptable for accommodation.
Cleaning was never done during the two weeks of stay, and the garbage cans were not changed once. The level of maintenance is clearly insufficient.
The mattress was also very hard and not at all comfortable, which made the stay even less pleasant.
Moreover, the friendliness of the host leaves much to be desired, which makes the experience even more unpleasant. For example, she entered the unit only to unplug the fridge, regardless of our presence.
Frankly, I can’t even imagine the state if we stayed a month.
I would definitely not recommend this property.

Due to the reviews I have read and a friend stopping there who said the place is absolutly filthy..staff really rude and was trying to make her do a 5 star review bedding filthy rooms full of mould. Years of travelling in vietnam never met such horrible hosts. So I decided after having return flight cancelled to request a refund ( non cancelble booking ) they just totally refused. I have managed to get a return flight so will have to stop at this filthy place. The pictures of diry nickers left under bed rubbish is room filty bedding dirty floor mould everywhere and they could not stay ( elderly couple ),was very intimidated by them they was actually crying. The Hotel is nothing like the pictures. Well I go soon and I am a influencer for vietnam and have 1000s of followers. This hotel.at the minute is £40 a night so not a cheap hotel. I will be doing a very good podcast on this hotel and I am on many vietnam sites. They picked on a elderly couple I will be doing lots of reviews of this dirty he'll hole

The room was extremely dirty. The bed sheets and especially the pillows were full of stains and looked like they hadn’t been washed in a very long time. It was honestly disgusting and there was no way we were going to sleep in that bed.
When we told the staff about it, they were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Instead of offering a solution or trying to fix the problem, they simply told us we would not get our money back.
We left immediately and booked another hostel because the hygiene was completely unacceptable. Lost money and a very bad experience.
Absolutely cannot recommend this place. Avoid it.
