Hospitality at its best.

Stayed for 1 week at The Loom Hotel.The room was exceptionally clean and the bed very comfortable.Breakfast was fresh and tasty with eggs made to order. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Tracy at reception, her care and kindness knew no bounds, such a lovely warm young lady.I would without hesitation recommend The Loom Hotel with confidence.

Brand new chic hotel in Hanoi

Brand new beautifuly designed hotel, wonderful helpful staff, delicious breakfast, good location to old quater , plenty of restaurants, cafes, spas around.
Unfortunately my room I booked 3 months ago was not ready and given to somebody else was really disappointing. Hotel staff offered me other suite but I really liked Queen Suite on ground floor and paid 3 times more than other rooms specially for the Queen room. They managed to change the room and I get to stay at my original reserved room, but my plan was to stay at the beautiful room whole afternoon after long trip, so I had to stay wandering around and lost a few hours.
What was more scary happened was when I went back from Ha Long Bay Cruise to pick up my luggage, they asked me to change my review on Booking.com. After I said, cannot change the review on Booking.com, they asked me to delete it because the review is very important for them and they take it seriously. It is not fair to ask customers to change review so on because each one of us are facing it sincerely and just writing what really happened.
Unfortunately, my experience was really bad with The Loom Boutique Hanoi and I would never go back again nor recommend to my family and friends.
Staff are so sweet and wonderful, I have to admit. I thank them for that.

Superb hotel

We stayed 3 nights at the Loom hotel.
The decor is top-notch, the service really professional, the breakfast excellent with lots of choices, the location in a lively neighborhood.
I will come back with pleasure!

Phenomenal hotel with outstanding service

It is actually what boutique hotel is called , based on loom , shower room for guests who have checked out, breakfast with a great variety of. Great exceptional staff , I am in awe of Solice , Grace and Joy. These three girls are awesome

Exceptional Hospitality from Grace, Nining, and the Loom Hotel Team

Our 7-day stay at Loom Hotel was truly memorable, especially because of the outstanding care and hospitality shown by the staff. We would like to give special recognition to Grace and Nining, who went above and beyond to make our first trip to Vietnam smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with a warm smile. They patiently answered our questions, provided helpful recommendations, and even helped arrange our tours around Vietnam, making our travel experience stress-free and unforgettable.
As first-time visitors to Vietnam, we were grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our well-being. Because of the wonderful experience we had at Loom Hotel, Vietnam has left a special place in our hearts.
Thank you, Grace, Nining, and the entire Loom Hotel team for making our stay so special. We will surely return to Vietnam, and Loom Hotel will definitely be our home away from home.
