Memorable memories at Jacayl

Staying at Hanoi's most unique love hotel was an experience that defies easy description. This enchanting establishment offers a truly singular experience, with each room being a world unto itself.
Our stay was in the 'Dream of the Red Chamber' suite. Stepping in felt like being transported back in time to an intricate Qing dynasty court. Every detail, from the silk curtains to the ornate furniture, was meticulously designed to immerse guests in the world of Cao Xueqin's classic novel. It was a surreal experience to sleep in a four-poster bed surrounded by beautiful murals depicting scenes from the book.
The 'Orchid Pavilion' room, inspired by the classic Chinese gathering of scholars, was equally impressive. With its scroll paintings, carved wooden furniture, and an inkstone complete with brush and paper, it was a perfect tribute to the literati culture of ancient China.
The 'Redline' room was a stark contrast, with its edgy, graffiti-style art and industrial aesthetic. The 'Rome' room, meanwhile, was a romantic ode to Italy, with murals of the Colosseum and Roman baths creating a dreamy backdrop.
The most intriguing of all was the 'Fifty Shades' room. The design was tasteful, with a sleek, modern aesthetic and a color palette of grey tones. It was subtly provocative, hinting at the erotic without being explicit.
Despite the diverse themes, all the rooms shared a commitment to quality and comfort. Each was equipped with a plush bed, high-quality linens and a luxurious bathroom. The service, too, was impeccable, with the staff going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable.

Bad experience with the receptionist's attitude

My brother and I stayed here for 1 night. When checking out, the receptionist said that the bed had a stain so we charged her 200k. There was nothing going on until the receptionist was very polite to the guests. My sister said that the stain was caused by accidentally falling food but it was small and washable so there was no need to fine her 200k. The receptionist replied that this error must definitely be punished. It was just that when checking in, I forgot to mention it. My sister was upset because of her attitude, so she had a couple of arguments that saying that was unreasonable. The receptionist immediately said that if she didn't pay 200k, she would go up and wash the sheets with a very inappropriate attitude while my sister said it very politely. Simply because my sister also works in the hotel industry and can understand the issue of surcharge fees, but for small stains that can be washed, there will be no charge. My sister's anger here is that the staff's attitude is unprofessional. Calling the manager out doesn't change anything because the manager just stays silent.

Good price comes with service

The first thing that comes into view is a striking, beautiful, modern interface with car parking and a private cellar for motorbikes
Entering the lobby, you will see the clean and luxurious decoration, especially when it is hot outside, but when you enter the lobby, it is very calming and you will not feel hot from inside looking out at the street.
The room is clean and fragrant, the room service staff is very agile when guests need it
The young and beautiful receptionist gently and carefully guides guests, so they feel very free
10 points for Receptionist and 9 points for service staff

Jacayl Hotel

My girlfriend and I have experienced many different hotels, but here the rooms have many different themes, bringing something new. Luxurious space, receptionist and service staff are all very good. In the near future, I will come back more to experience the service here

I had a very special and wonderful vacation here with my lover

I have not seen a hotel with as many unique themes to choose from as Jacayl. The staff is extremely cute and enthusiastic. As soon as we arrive, the security staff helps us park the car and cover us with umbrellas when it rains. The receptionist enthusiastically advises on rooms and toys to increase the very special feeling.
