If you can, avoid...
It is certain that in the old city of Hanoi the hotels are a real failure. We booked one night and are thankful that it was only one night. Be careful, it is not stated on the site that there is no lift.
We, destined for the 6th floor, risked our skin and our hearts to get to the room with our suitcases, considering the steepness and double ramp per floor it was a lot of effort!!!
The room, although clean and nice, is as small as a prison cage and the window looks out onto the rotten and dilapidated roofs of other buildings (they indicate a view of the city). The taxi booked by them for our transfer to the airport arrived with a sensational delay and they , to stimulate the tension of the aforementioned nerves, they laugh.
Wi fi practically nothing to leaven some extra nerves. Despite everything described, we don't know how much better or worse the city can offer.
REJECTABLE

Good hotel in a good location
We asked for a room on the upper floors overlooking the backyard, ultimately no noise pollution, and you have all the activity of Hanoi at the foot of your hotel.
You will find many bars, shops, restaurants...
The hotel is clean and the staff are lovely. We found it needed some updating as not everything in the room was working properly.
We noted problems in particular with the TV, with the safe, or with certain window handles which did not work very well.
We stayed there 2 nights.
I don't know if you can consider a longer stay in this type of hotel, it all depends on what you're looking for. If it's a luxurious structure, go your way... on the other hand if you're looking for a hotel to stay in Hanoi for a few days. This is a hotel that will suit you.
We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel all day, after check-out because we were taking our flight in the evening.
Excellent location
