The location is also very far from the Old Quarter (city center), so expect at least an hour of travel time and additional Grab expenses each time you go out.
Communication was difficult because none of the staff could speak English. We had to go down to the front desk every time we had concerns just to use a translator app. On top of that, the staff did not assist us with our luggage upon arrival and departure.
There were also several issues during our stay. The heater was turned off on our second day, and the bidet pressure was too strong to use comfortably. The hotel also smelled strongly of incense smoke, which made the environment unpleasant.
They do not serve breakfast, and the hotel itself is much smaller than what is shown in the photos online.
Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations and needs improvement in cleanliness, service, and accuracy of listing.

Firstly, all rooms are cleaned and prepared carefully before check-in. We did not receive any complaint regarding cleanliness during your stay, so it is surprising to hear this afterward. Our team is always available 24/7 to resolve any issue immediately if informed.
Regarding the facilities such as hot water and bidet, all equipment is fully functional. If there were any difficulties in use, our staff would have been happy to assist at any time.
Concerning communication, we acknowledge that our English may be limited, but we always make every effort to support guests using translation tools when needed.
About the location, our hotel is clearly listed as being outside the Old Quarter in a quieter area. This information is transparent before booking.
We also regret that your expectations regarding services such as luggage assistance and breakfast were not met. However, please note that our hotel does not advertise breakfast service, and all listed information is accurate.
We always strive to support our guests within reasonable requests. Some requests during your stay were beyond our standard service scope, but our team still tried our best to assist.
