Amazing Host. Amazing Hotel

Right from the beginning, our stay was absolutely perfect. The receptionist (I forgot to ask her name), was so kind and helpful. She even upgraded one of the rooms for us. And Hue, the kind lady who sat at the tour counter was equally amazing. We booked a Ninh Binh private tour from there at a very reasonable price.
During the stay, we were in constant touch with them through WhatsApp and they kept sharing us places to visit and restaurants to try. Again, so kind and thoughtful.
They even helped us get Cash in exchange for a Card (with 3% tax which in my opinion is pretty reasonable too).
The room was as you would see in the pictures, probably even better. We liked the upgraded room more because of the space.
There's a cute rooftop terrace garden too, we couldn't spend more time there, just on our final day.
I guess my only complaint would be with the fellow Indian travellers (especially who come with the family), please don't be loud.

The staff was so accommodating they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the apartment, to make our stay comfortable. They connected with me at check in on WhatsApp to make sure communication was smoothe. They sent great information to help getting g around near hotel!! At 2 am I text and they text right back !!! Great staff To y, Alice, and Liam are amazing! We were still drying our clothes so I reached out on WhatsApp to ask for a later check out and they gave us gains complimentary check out of 1 pm. This hotel was well worth what I paid and exceeded my expectations! My husband enjoyed his birthday staying here!

Great stay in Tay Ho. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when i was trying to figure out the laundry machine. Its just off the lake and even though my room didnt have a view of the lake, I would definitely recommend it. Lots of good restaurants nearby and lots of yummy food. Easy to get grab delivery to.

Moonlight Tah Ho

We booked the most expensive room in this hotel however it didn’t meet our expectations. Our room was spacious however lacked basic necessities - room was cleaned only once in two days, no wash clothes, old towels… location wasn’t that great either had to take taxi almost everywhere. No pick up for trips from the hotel since it was further from Old Quarters. They forgot to order a taxi for our departure, etc… those were the little things that made our stay less pleasant so we changed our stay in another hotel.

The apartment was spacious and clean. Nothing luxurious or fancy but it has all the necessary amenities (kitchen utensils, fridge, washing machine), all in good state. Nice view from the balcony. Also they have the nicest receptionist ever who speaks good english and he helped me recover my purse. Thank you for that!
