Superb Hotel in a convenient & great location

The staff are super friendly & helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel is boutique & lovely, an oasis from the hustle & bustle outside and tucked away from the main throng of the old quarter, just a couple of minutes walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel was exceptional clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, the lovely waitress was so helpful and always made sure your juice glass or coffee cup was topped up and asked if she could get you anything from the kitchen, hot food cooked especially for you. The bed & bathrooms were very clean and refreshed every day with fresh towels & water & the bed remade & room cleaned. It was a pleasure to stay there and if we’re in Han Noi again we would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend The The Scent Premium Hotel

WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR - LOCATION

Perfect location. The breakfast buffet was quite complete and not very crowded during my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is quite new.

The ambience of this hotel is the best we have ever encountered anywhere in the world

STAFF MADE THE STAY SPECIAL!

LOVED the staff here!
They made this very nice but normal hotel into a top tier experience.
The location is EXCELLENT for walking, just a block from the lake and in the middle of the part of town you'll want to walk through.
LOVED the breakfast (and the servers).
Would HIGHLY reccomend.
