Lovely clean hotel

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with rice fields across the street. The swimming pool's water was warm and refreshing. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a big variety. All the staff at the hotel spoke very good English and always willing to assist. Specifcally, Miss Phuong went out of her way to help me and even enquired how my trip to Bana Hill turned out. Exceptional young woman. Great hotel.

We checked out before checking in

Whatever happened to this place since all the positive reviews have been written... this place is not inviting at all. We only saw the dirty reception area and the very poorly cleaned, run down room we were supposed to get... and decided to leave right away.

Filthy. Never been cleaned.

This hotel appears not to have been cleaned since it opened. I’m clearly not the first person that is sleeping on these sheets as there is blood marks, pen and dirt visible. The toilet and sink also appear to have never been cleaned.
Avoid!!

Nice hotel in quite area but poor service

1.Nice hotel in quite area, it is good for relaxing.
2. Friendly staff at night but "family" staff on the morning. Overall is no management.
3. Terrible breakfast, we can not eat anything.
4. Room cleaness is quite good. Public area is not good.
5. Reasonable price for a big room with balcony and nice view.

Not satisfied

The room is spacious for my family however it is really really hot. Our children are getting wet. We cannot go out because the weather is too hot. The staffs are friendly, they tried to help us to set up one more fan but the situation is not improved. They said to me that my room faces to the sun so that it will be better in the evening. My children asked us to go home. We will not come back. I even want to check out immediately. This is my worst vacation I have ever had. Hope that we can sleep this night.

Thank so much for choosing us as your stay in Hoi An and taking time to share your comment on it. I am so sorry that you were not satisfied with your room but it was the right room type you booked and our air condition still working well at that time ( maintenace staff checked it very carefully), even reception tryed to set up fan for your family. That is correct when you said the weather is too hot and of course it is often hot during summer time. Our rooms face to the sun but we also got the window curtain and even swimming pool out door to make you feel better in the hot weather.
I know that your vacation was not like your expected but please kinldy know that we did not do anything wrong in this case and tried our best to make you happy with our service.
