Beautyful.

We stayed in this hotel for a night. The customer care was extremely good, spoke really good English and therefore explained everything well to us.
The room was very comfortable and clean, the bed was very big and we loved here! The food and the drink is quality, taste so good.
We will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a great customer care and attention and enjoy a comfortable stay in Mai Châu.

TO AVOID!

TERRIBLE!
Rooms with dirty sheets and towels. Staff often absent or non-existent.
Very poor breakfast offer with insects walking on bread and fruit.
Dirt and little care everywhere.
Boutique Hotel?
Not a chance.
Stay away from it!

I made a reservation but couldn't stay

Even though I had made a reservation, after arriving at the hotel, I was told that the room for the first night was fully booked. I had been in contact with the owner for other matters until just before, but I was not informed of this in advance at all. Instead, I was asked to stay in a room without a shower or toilet in another building for free. Since it was a world of difference from the room I had reserved, I declined and went directly to several other facilities in the city, but they were almost fully booked. I was forced to stay at a homestay that was introduced to me, but it was unhygienic and had pests that I cannot describe, so I could not sleep peacefully. I have visited Vietnam many times, including the mountainous areas, and this time I was really looking forward to my trip to Mai Chau, so it is really disappointing. On the second day, I stayed in the room I had reserved, but when I checked out, I was told that the credit card machine was broken so I could only pay in cash, and when I asked about the cash shortage, I was told to go to a bank in the city.
I usually don't write reviews, but this time I decided to leave one because it was so disappointing.
The location was good and the female staff was kind, so I gave it two stars.

Comfortable room, great breakfast & helpful staff

Very comfortable rooms with everything you need (no tv but not needed). On arrival we were given the choice of basically any room at this small hotel, which was nice. Restaurant on site, there is a pool but for me was too close to restaurant and everyone eating there, some privacy in between would be a bonus. Massage on site was good. A good choice in Mai Chau as central located.

We have 2days in thuis hotel, wonderful hotel, clearn room, big room, very Nice view from room, friendly staff, we Realty happy during stay hier, we Will comeback in next time. Thank you so much! Hen gap lai
