Budget hotel offering a budget experience

I arrived off a sleeper bus from Hoi An at 4.30 am and was able to check in to my room early (at an extra cost of 100K)
It is super close to the beach and many bars and restaurants near by.
The AC worked perfectly and the TV in the room had a few English stations on it
However, if you are a light sleeper, be prepared for an early morning rise. The windows do not keep out light very well and there is a lot of noise from very early in the morning (a lot of which I think was coming from the staff downstairs playing music at 6am!!)
The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows we're hard as rocks and there were a few stains on the sheets too!
It wasn't a terrible room but for €10 a night I suppose you can't expect absolute luxury. Although I've stayed in better quality hotels for the same price or less.

Pretty good family run hotel

We stayed here for 11 nights. We stayed on the first floor in the big room with the big bay window looking onto the street and it was nice and bright. The owners were extremely helpful and informative. Good location with lots of nice restaurants and beach close by.

Clean family-run hotel with friendly staff

We walked in to Duy Phuoc Hotel without a reservation, and they had one private room and bathroom left at $12/night. The room was very clean, fan, AC, and hot water all worked great, and the hostess/reception was very nice and helpful in helping us book bus tickets. WIFI was good, but sometimes spotty. There is no lift (stairs only), but we didn't mind. They also have an option of paying a half-day rate for a late checkout at 6pm, which is great if you're taking a sleeper bus at 7pm to your next destination.
There is no sit down restaurant, but they have food options which they bring to your room (room service). Location is also convenient to many restaurants, cafes, markets, street food, and two short blocks from the beach.
Overall a great family-owned hotel for the price, convenience, and hospitality!

super hotel!!

very nice hotel, clean and modern rooms. very cheap price. hotel management very friendly and helpful, it's a family business. very close to the beach and restaurants/in city center but not noisy at all. AC, TV and fridge in the rooms. no lift but that was not a problem for us.
I recommand it 100%
