Need training on hospitality and customer service
We arrived here with our own private car and no one even bothers to welcome us or even approached us. So our driver help us with our luggage and we went to the reception, then suddenly a staff approached us for checked in, no greetings, asked our passport and that’s all.
Then we’re done, payment for some extra charges, tell us wait for the buggy for our villa, then the buggy came in as per staff, so we hoped in to buggy. The buggy driver asked us where? Which is weird coz the reception never even informed the buggy driver. So I bring out my keycard and showed him.
The only thing reception told us is the breakfast time and free transfer to the airport, which I told him no need as we pre booked our own airport transport.
I pity the buggy driver as he needs to carry our four luggage as our villa on the upper level. They should have a slides.
Then the night came, no one warned us about the insects, lots of insect bite during night time. We learned our lesson the second night.
The reception also is rude, I called to pre arranged buggy which we only request once during checked out as our villa is very far from lobby. After breakfast I informed the reception if they can arrange buggy at 1030am as we are checking out. She just said dial zero. It’s weird that I am in front of her telling her to pre arranged as we are flying and to avoid delays I would like to settle it early. So I did call when we reach our lobby and she just hang up and didn’t know we need buggy at 1030am. Then someone knocked at 9am for buggy which we told the buggy driver 1030am
We carry our luggage down the villa as we pity the staff.
And it didn’t end there, we have our private car transport to the airport, which the resort doesn’t even allow a minute to let us ride first, so our driver need to make one round again to allow us to get in as we have 4 luggage’s.
We travel the world, we don’t demand, we just hope there are some hospitality training done to this hotel as it has potential.

A paradise place to go back to...
Wonderful hotel with very beautiful green territory that is looked after daily. The bungalow is designed in an eco-style, complementing the proximity to nature. At first it was unusual after classic hotels, especially that shower and toilet are under the roof, but outdoors. After a couple of days, you get used to it and it creates even a special charm of a vacation. Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen changed every day. On one side of the hotel there is construction, so it is better to ask for a room on the left side (if looking at the sea).
A very beautiful Instagram beach for which young Chinese specially stay at the hotel for photo shoots. Delicious breakfasts with a wide selection of both European and Vietnamese cuisine on the third floor of the main building with luxurious sea views. Near the hotel there is a street with many local cafes and restaurants of various levels.
It was very nice to feel the hospitality and goodwill of the staff. Particular mention should be made of the managers of the Alex Nguen (Alec) and Kyle (Cal). Well done, guys! From early morning at breakfast until late evening they were at the hotel and promptly assisted us and other tourists with all matters. They immediately shared their contacts on WhatsApp so that they could be reached online at any time.
