Wonderful hotel and spa
Lovely hotel with a vertical forest and gorgeous rooms. The spa is fantastic and the professional service given by the therapists BA and Yen for us where outstanding. Would come back just for the quality of the spa treatments alone

inflexible on change of dates
Sales team is very inflexible, booked 5 nights, but needed to leave 2 nights earlier, informed the hotel on first day arrival, requested for last 2 nights to be converted into a voucher that i come back at a later date, but was bluntly refused.

Only the location…
We booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday, hoping for a memorable stay. It certainly turned out to be memorable—but unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons.
Upon check-in, we were assigned an extremely low-floor room with a premium view of… the rooftop of the building next door. After requesting a room change, we were moved to a slightly higher floor. The view improved just enough to remind us that it was peak season, so we decided to settle.
The next morning, the hotel treated us to an unexpected “back-to-basics” experience—a 15-minute power outage. We got to shower and get ready in the dark, without lights or air conditioning. As an added bonus, all the guest lifts stopped working, ensuring we were late for our 8:15 a.m. tour pickup.
The highlight of the stay came later that day when I returned to my room to find a birthday cake waiting for me. A lovely gesture, and one that I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience ended there because… there was no fork. Apparently, I was expected to admire the cake rather than eat it. It never occurred to anyone that cake and cutlery usually go hand in hand.
I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that things can go wrong. However, what disappointed me was the consistent lack of attention to detail throughout the stay. From the room allocation and operational issues to presenting a birthday cake without any means of eating it, every experience seemed to miss the mark.
Thank you for the birthday cake—it looked delicious. I just wish someone had remembered that guests generally don’t eat cake with their hands.

Although our hotel is equipped with a backup generator, an unexpected technical issue delayed its startup, resulting in approximately 10–15 minutes before electricity was fully restored. We understand the disruption this caused to your morning routine and sincerely regret the inconvenience.
Regarding your birthday cake, we are pleased that you appreciated the gesture. We would also like to clarify that our birthday amenities are not normally accompanied by separate cutlery, as guests typically use the teaspoon provided in every guest room. However, we sincerely regret that this was not clearly communicated and that it diminished your experience. Had we known you required additional cutlery, our team would have been more than happy to deliver it to your room immediately.

Travel experience
We came here for a travel. The hotel spa is excellent, and the service provided by Xuan and Yen was particularly outstanding. I highly recommend both of them.

The service is super, the spa is a separate love
Holidays to Chicland as a family and away with the desire to return. The staff here is wonderful, and it's everyone's business. Meet at the entrance, help with things, etc. I will say separately about the interior: it is chic, the hotel is nice to just be in.
The spa is delicious. Took the aroma from Master Wah - a whole other level: she senses where she is clamped, and in conscience worked her back. I just fell asleep in my sessions...
Honestly, the only downside that's not five stars is that construction started nearby recently. It's not the hotel's fault, he can't influence it, and the team did everything to make us comfortable.
