Good location near the beach. I received a free room upgrade. Comfortable bed and good water pressure in the bathroom. Helpful people on reception. Some gym equipment. Good value for the price paid.

Not terrible but really not nice
Location Nice, the room not nice , we could not close the toilet door so no privacy there, the Tv in the room was not working, the blowdryer sent sparkles. The electricity is a risk. We need to put things under the adapt to suport otherwise nothing works. The pool area is not taken care of. The Water in The pool is cloudy. The gym is used as a luggage room. When we told them about the toiletdoor the second time they came to have a look. The boy that came was very sweet and really tried. Changed the tv and changed the door handle. The staf in the reception do not seem like they even want to be there even less want to help. They dont recognice any one moving in the area.

Poor overall
The pictures on the hotel side are not like reality for example the pool on the roof terrace was not cleaned for a long time, the room we stayed in was the TV broken, the curtains splayed down with something brown, the handles to the bathroom came off when you were to open from the inside and you got the handle in your hand and still trapped in the bathroom, we reported this we lunchtime and again at 5 pm only then it happened, a nice guy came up and changed the TV and fixed the handle to the bathroom. Still remains piggy curtains unfresh room overall, breakfast was not something I was impressed by arrived there at 8.30 and then the baby food was cold and a really bad supply of cold food fruit and juice, the hair dryer sparkles and crackles when you plug it into the electrical outlet very “ungood” staff at the reception was not very hospitable does not greet when you come and go. I was asked if we should check out by a cleaning lady and we kindly answered ”no” whereupon she sighed and spat something in Vietnamese. Please choose another hotel instead of this one

Scam
False photos, false publications. On Booking, Agoda, and Google Maps, you can see very nice photos, but this is wrong, beware this hotel is a scam.
The staff is inhospitable, they make faces, never say hello. At the reception, they spend their time on the phone laughing stupidly at their correspondents. They take care of putting nail polish or makeup on. There are so many problems in this hotel that they face the difficulties that guests face.
Incompetence or malice, I think this Hotel is a scam, it is a human catastrophe. We travelled several months in Southeast Asia. This is the worst hotel you could ever meet.
We booked 11 days during the Tet holidays. When we arrived at the reception, we were asked to wait until the check-in limit, i.e. 14 hours. We were told that breakfast was not included which is a scam. Negotiations had to be made to accept that breakfast was included and paid for. Then they said they could not ensure breakfast because of the holidays. After a big negotiation we were refunded breakfast. This is a small amount. The second surprise was the room. There are horrible little rooms with almost no windows in the centre of the hotel. Well they made the choice to give us one of these rooms and more on a lower floor when we had booked for 11 days. Again we undertook a negotiation and we got a relatively larger room but with a window. I think it was a retaliatory measure because they didn’t like the way we negotiated the reimbursement of breakfasts.
To summarize: hotel, aging without maintenance and going to pieces.:
False statements on the various sites, an example on Google Maps: we read that there is a bathing supervisor when this is false.
Cleaning is done in a dismal way, filth is omnipresent. The gym is awful small and dirty. The pool is almost never cleaned. It’s a real dumping ground: the furniture is almost out of order and nothing is stored. It is a generalized laxity. The painting of this establishment falls apart. There is an elevator that is broken down, it is not repaired.
We enter this hotel like a mill, the staff does not say hello, but hides behind their computer screen, laziness, rudeness or incompetence?
No safety rules are respected. The rooms are equipped with electrical outlets that are dangerous. There are few and the one in the bathroom is broken.
The pool terrace is a source of problems, screws, nails protrude and form dangerous obstacles. Floor blades are removed and may cause users to fall.
The furniture in the pool is almost completely unusable, it is not stored, repaired or put in the garbage.
Still many breaches of regulations for example fire escapes are cluttered with furniture of all kinds or by piles of dirty laundry abandoned for days.
We must flee this hotel and request the administrative closure for health and safety reasons. And above all I warn Booking Agoda Google Maps, because they make false advertising. This hotel does not even deserve a star. We must warn the equivalent of “fraud repression”

[ ENG ] Nice hotel in a nice area. You can spend 3-4 days here. The beds are good, the linen is clean. Nearby there are shops (including 24/7), cafes, restaurants. Very close to the beach (the beach is very clean, beautiful, amazing sand). But the hotel is not 3 stars: the faucet in the bathroom is loose, not all the lighting in the room is working, the window handle is broken off, the TV remote control does not work. The administration should pay more attention to the details. [ RUS ] Хороший отель в хорошем районе. Можно провести тут 3-4 дня. Кровати хорошие, бельё чистое. Рядом есть магазины (в том числе 24\7), кафе, рестораны. Очень близко к пляжу (пляж очень чистый, красивый, потрясающий песок). Но отель не 3 звезды: кран в ванной шатается, не всё освещение работает в номере, ручка окошка отломана, пульт от телевизора не работает. Администрации стоит больше внимания уделять деталям.
