My exceptional three weeks stay at the Anya Beach Hotel, Quy Nhon
I recently spent three weeks at the Anya Beach Hotel in Quy Nhon and I was truly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived to the day I left relaxing and enjoyable.
The hotel is grand, modern and convenient located; only a kilometre from the Quy Nhon city centre, a short walk from the beach, close to restaurants and Aussie bars, and for me, close to ex-pat friends.
What really stood out though, was the staff. From reception to the restaurant and housekeeping team, everyone was welcoming and efficient. Nothing ever seemed too much bother for them. Thank you to the front desk manager Tracy Nguyen and her team. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their genuine friendliness, knowledge of the area and attention to detail made my three weeks stay feel like a home away from home.
My room was excellent; bright, beautifully presented and always spotlessly clean. The bed was lovely and comfortable which made it very easy to relax. Housekeeping also did such a fantastic job at maintaining the room throughout my stay. Thankyou
The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. It was spacious, clean and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a varied selection of both Asian and Western style dishes. It had a great ambience about it and I genuinely looked forward to breakfast and dinner on the evenings I chose to dine in. Thank you to Dung NGO and the staff.
The Anya Beach Hotel also had an impressive range of facilities. I regularly used the pool and fitness centre but also had a spa, sauna, wellness facilities. Having these facilities available at the hotel really helped to unwind and recharge.
The hotel has a lot to be proud of, not least being their staff. A huge thank you; thank you; thank you; to the entire team at the Anya Beach Hotel for your kindness and professionalism. You made my stay wonderful.
I highly recommend the Anya Beach Hotel and will definitely stay here again if I return to Quy Nhon.

Wonderful hotel
Beautiful, luxurious hotel, diverse buffet, the hotel pool is the best, everyone should visit Anya when in Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location close to the beach and many restaurants.
There is currently a large construction site next door, resulting in significant noise from morning until evening. While this is outside the hotel's control, it did affect our stay.
Our main issue was that we booked an Executive Suite with a separate bedroom, exactly as described. We were travelling as two adults and two children, and the separate bedroom was the main reason we paid extra for this room. Instead, we received an open-plan suite without a separate bedroom.
The hotel acknowledged that the room description did not match the room provided. As the hotel was fully booked, they could not offer another room or connecting rooms.
The manager was polite and tried to help, but every solution seemed to require internal approval. We therefore spent far too much of our family holiday discussing an issue that should never have occurred. After lengthy discussions, the final solution was an extra bed on the sofa, with the charge eventually waived. Our request to include breakfast for the whole family as a goodwill gesture was declined.
We contacted Hotels.com during our stay, but they were unable to relocate us. The hotel advised us to pursue compensation through Hotels.com, and we are now waiting for their final response regarding compensation.

Beautiful stay at Anya Hotel Minh very friendly had a great stay highly recommend. :) facilitates are great, and great location not far from the beach.everyone is very helpful and great atmosphere!

Great location, clean , friendly and value for money
Extremely friendly and helpful staff with Dinh T. Ngoc Oanh being extremely helpful in extending our stay as we loved it here. The pool and foyer where very clean as where the rooms and very spacious . Great location, close to the beach. I would recommend to family and friends who where choosing to visit Vietnam.
