Beautiful, peaceful stay and amazing hosts

My friend and I stayed at Sapa Jungle Homestay for 2 nights and honestly wish we had booked longer.
The biggest highlight was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were always quick to help with anything we needed, including a laundry service that was done promptly and returned perfectly cleaned. Both the free breakfast and the family-style dinner were amazing—some of our favourite meals during our time in Sapa.
The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. Waking up to the views and sounds of nature each morning was such a peaceful experience. We also loved all of the animals around the property—they were adorable and added so much character to the homestay.
The location was exactly what we were looking for. It feels tucked away in nature, surrounded by rice terraces and mountains, so you get that peaceful jungle experience, but it’s still close enough to Sapa town that getting around is easy.
One thing we especially appreciated was how accommodating the hosts were on our last day. We had a late sleeper bus after checkout, and they were happy to let us relax in the common areas for the afternoon instead of rushing us out. It made a huge difference and was another example of how genuinely caring they are.
We’ve stayed in a lot of places while travelling, and this was one of those rare spots that feels more like staying with friends than staying at a hotel. If you’re visiting Sapa, we can’t recommend Sapa Jungle Homestay enough.

Beautiful and affordable homestay in Sapa. Somehow manages to provide a rural setting while right in the city. Super helpful staff.

This place was an absolutely amazing choice to stay in Sapa. We had to walk up some pretty hectic hills to get there but the views from the homestay were absolutely worth it and after all the good food we ate the exercise was proabably needed! You could get a cab or bike up the hills if required. Amazing customer service, the staff are so incredibly friendly, and they cook some pretty great food as well. The cabin we stayed in was perfect, it was quaint and comfortable, very cosy. Despite there being no heating there was heated blankets we could use and a heater provided. The hot water system was also amazing compared to many we have experienced in Asia. They also had dogs (one had puppies whilst we were there!) and cats, the best breakfast companions.
We would definitely recommend this place for others to stay whilst in Sapa and we hope to come back!
