Beware Indians- Discrimination against Indians in this hotel
A nightmare stay. I checked into this hotel on 23 May 2026 for a 2-night stay with my senior citizen parents.
From the moment we checked in, the AC in our room was not cooling properly. Despite repeated complaints to the reception, the issue was ignored. On one occasion, the reception staff even banged the phone down, saying they had other guests to attend to. The overall behaviour of the staff towards us felt discriminatory and extremely disrespectful.
Because of the unbearable room conditions, my 65-year-old mother, who is a high blood pressure patient, fell seriously ill and started vomiting continuously during the night. The AC failed to cool the room throughout the night of 23 May 2026, and despite informing the front desk about the medical emergency, no effective action was taken until 24 May 2026.
As my mother was unwell, she was unable to eat solid food and could not have breakfast on either days. We requested the hotel to provide lemon and sugar so we could make her some lemon juice. Shockingly, the hotel grudgingly provided only a small quarter-cut lemon and informed us that sugar would be charged extra.
The hygiene standards at this hotel are pathetic. Cockroaches were roaming around the breakfast spread area.
Chris at the front desk was especially unhelpful and unresponsive throughout our stay. We repeatedly requested to meet the hotel manager, but were informed that the manager was unavailable on both 24 and 25 May 2026.
This hotel showed absolutely no concern for guest well-being, senior citizens, or basic hospitality standards. Our experience was deeply distressing and unacceptable. I would strongly advise travellers, especially Indian families and senior citizens, to avoid this hotel at all costs.

They advertised that parking was available, but this turned out to be completely false. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist rudely denied that any parking was available for my car. Because of this misleading information, I was unable to proceed with my stay and immediately requested a cancellation. However, they refused to cancel the reservation or refund my money.
This was a terrible experience and a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. What made the situation worse was that no apology was offered instead, I was made to feel as though I was at fault.
I do not recommend this property, and I strongly believe Expedia Group must take responsibility for allowing false information to remain on the listing and should issue a full refund along with appropriate compensation for the financial and emotional distress this situation caused.

Terrible noisy stay
Terrible stay. There are renovations underway that looks like they have months to go. Sign stated there was going to be a noise distance after lunch but got woken by the jack hammer early morning. There is no pool as shown in photos. Very disappointed. Staff were friendly but limited English. Only one room key so came back to hot room with no aircon everyday. Buffet brekky was limited but the chef done lovely omelettes made to order.Extremly busy night street adjoining. Karaoke,loud music till sun up. Could absolutely not recommend.

For what we paid, this hotel did all it needed. The room was comfy and had everything we needed. I feel like the upkeep and cleanliness could be better. We avoided the included breakfast after noticing ants on the table and a staff member using bug spray near the fresh fruit… but other than that, it was great!

Staff was wonderful. Location top notch. The hotel is in need of a good cleaning, and better amenities. Such as a bar /restaurant area. Later hours on the pool. The elevator is in need of an upgrade. Remove tables from the breakfast area. The hotel is really in need of reorganizing. However, the bed was comfortable, there was hot water for the showers. The rooms without windows were nice no noise. However when the rooms are not occupied they need to have their doors kept open for ventilation. Mine had a slight mildew smell.
