A place for young
The real problem is the noise
The building is populated of very young teen that back and forth ( sometimes drunk ) all the day and the night .
On top of this the windows are not good sound proof and the traffic outside is terrific noisy .
Curtains in the apt are not sunshield and once the sun goes up ...all the light comes into the apt waking up everyone .
It’s a place for teen not for adults unless able to sleep during a bombing

Scam Artist - Do Not Book!
In the end we managed to convince hotels.com to give us a full refund and we went and booked elsewhere. I highly suggest you do not book with this con-artist.
