Fantastic staff!

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I’m a nervous traveller, and the warm welcome throughout this hotel is always much appreciated. Plenty of parking, very convenient breakfast options, and the air conditioning in the Premier Plus room was fantastic in this heatwave.

Unacceptable levels of cleaning in the bedroom

Lovely location spoilt by unacceptable cleaning standards. The positives, good location, plenty of parking, friendly staff. The negatives, bedroom had not been properly cleaned after previous guests. The bin was full of their stinky rubbish (used tea bags, milk cartons, cigarettes, cigarette packets etc) when we arrived. The weather was scorching it stank! Totally unacceptable. Also no cooked breakfast as they had no chef, but again they weren’t warning people in advance so they could make alternative arrangements. Sadly the worst Premier Inn we have stayed in.

Lovely peaceful location with a friendly welcoming staff and an amazing fan to keep you cool.

The visit was perfect in every way except that the cooked breakfast was not available. We got the special meal deal offer and the evening meal was superb.
The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing after the great expectation of a full English.We have been compensated in the price.
To improve the continental breakfast some lovely danish pastries would have been a nice addition. Cinnamon rolls or the custard filled ones would have made it stand out above the rest. Jack on reception was really kind and helpful and looked after us very well. We will definitely be visiting again.

As per Premier Inn, their usual high standard.

We live locally and have eaten many times in the restaurant but this was the first time staying at the hotel overnight. Our room was the usual high standard of comfort and cleanliness. Couldn't really fault it. The hotel is a bit of a labyrinth with twists and turns and corridors in all direction, but not being able to find the stairs and getting lost on my way down to the car only added to the fun !

Excellent hotel - let down by one member of staff.
Overall this is a brilliant Premier Inn and I would definitely go again/ recommend.
Room was exactly what you expect, clean and tidy, comfy beds. Brilliant value, staff generally really friendly and helpful.
Let down by one aggressive member of staff who told me "you dont need to touch that" when I wanted to enter my car reg for free parking and was generally quite rude to us as we were leaving. Shame, spoiled an otherwise absolutely brilliant Premier Inn.
