Accessible, Friendly Staff, Outstanding Cleanliness
Having driven nearly 8hrs from the south coast, we had such a warm welcome by the GM who provided exceptional service in assiting us with all of our luggage and bags etc on arrival, also facilitating accessible car-parking outside the front of the hotel. All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and attentive. We stayed three nights, taking two rooms (adjoining, one accessible with excellent wet-room space) allowing additional space to be used for rehearsals prior to a speaker keynote delivery at a conference. Plenty of space in the main 'family' rooms, with good space either side of the very comfortable beds. The atmosphere of the hotel was modern and cool with some really lovely touches. An extremely high standard of cleanliness both in the rooms but also around the hotels public places including the lifts, so hats off and total respect to the housekeeping team and those responsible for ensuring such standards are maintained. We dined in once and enjoyed a light meal. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this five star hotel for anyone (be they wheelchair user or otherwise) looking for a comfortable and accessible experience in Blackpool. Thank you to those staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. If we're up in Blackpool again at some point in the future, we'll certainly be back!

A stunning hotel let down by the bar, restaurant & kitchen team!
We’ve just returned from another stay at the Boulevard Hotel in Blackpool, and having stayed here three or four times before, we know just how beautiful this hotel is.
The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It’s been built and finished to an incredibly high standard, the décor is modern and luxurious, the rooms are immaculate, and without a doubt they are the nicest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The reception team were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless.
Unfortunately, what lets this hotel down is the food and restaurant service, which is really disappointing for what is meant to be a five-star hotel.
We booked the dinner, bed and breakfast package, but both breakfast and dinner fell well below our expectations. At breakfast, we regularly had to ask for tea or coffee rather than being offered it, and service generally felt disorganised.
Dinner was even more disappointing. Across the three evenings we ate in the restaurant, there always seemed to be items unavailable, dishes missing from the menu, and on one evening there wasn’t even any soup available. The service was consistently slow, and it often felt as though the restaurant was understaffed or that some of the younger members of the team hadn’t received the level of training needed to deliver the standard of service you’d expect from a five-star hotel.
The bar service was particularly disappointing. The two members of staff often appeared more focused on chatting and joking with each other than engaging with guests. While it’s nice to see staff enjoying their work, it came across as unprofessional for a five-star hotel, especially when customers were waiting to be served.
It’s such a shame because the hotel itself is exceptional and we’d happily return for the accommodation alone. However, unless the restaurant and service improve significantly, we’d think twice about booking the dinner package again. We genuinely hope the hotel addresses these issues, because it has the potential to be one of the very best places to stay in Blackpool.

Atr awful place absolutely nothing to do! Others seem to have different judgments - people who came back! The pet staff lismed with these! The place is overflowing with gaping Danes! Glashala floor!

Great hotel
Great location. Spotlessly clean throughout. Rooms were excellent. A bonus you get free entry to the theme park. Great breakfast. Staff were lovely

First time visit
This was my first time here, I came here last friday with friends and i felt my stay was absolutely perfect! The room was just gorgeous and the views were absolutely stunning! Also felt the staff were very friendly & welcoming too. Will most definitely be back again.
