I wondered beforehand in view of the modest price, but they have achieved that by reducing personnel rather than quality. The whole place is automated, they send a code so you let yourself in, breakfast is modest but adequate (and there is a 'Spoons just up the street if you fancy more!). Short walk from the station, warm & comfortable, would go again if ever in Boston. I needed to leave some luggage at check out for collection later in the day, that worked perfectly, by prior arrangement, and that was the only time I ever met a member of staff.

Awful

Horrendous!
Cold, overpowering smell in the room of spray but then when settled was because room smelt damp.
Grout was absolutely disgusting, dirty walls, the colour changing lifts did not work!
Windows old and full of water, put something in the window sill and it made it all damp and ruined!
check in was done via the phone, no staff on site. Give you a code to enter the rooms which id discussing with partner etc anyone could hear the code.
As a disabled guest was relying on the lift, this is locked away in the breakfast room so have to just the stairs.
Entrance is via a dodgy back door, covered in rubbish.
Hotel is ignoring my messages and hotel.com aren’t helping either. Complete shambles

Not a hotel, but over-priced rooms.

It's not a hotel, but a set of rooms with a shared breakfast bar. It's entirely anonymous providing no-one to welcome you or to bid you farewell. It's location is very central, but the front door is always locked and you have to enter through a key-pad controlled door in a grotty hole in the wall in a grotty side street. The room was clean and comfortable, but it had no mechanical ventilation despite there being noisy fans running outside all evening and well into the night. Its heated towel rail appeared to be unheated, and the shower room mirror went on and off at random without reason. The 'complimentary' breakfast was really poor, offering a poor range of low-quality food and drink - if that's their idea of a compliment, I dread to think what they would do for an insult!

room with beams and colured lighting.

The Location was in the Town Centre, but no parking. we had a luxury room with the beams and coloured lighting and en suite. Lovely decorated, even though we were on a Friday and Saturday there wasn't much noise and the bed was cosy and comfortable. very clean everywhere, Decerated beautiful throughout with coloured lighting.. Also had continental breakfast, which had tea, coffee, Juice, Cereals, Waffles, Yogurts, Toast. all self service. (no one was there to supervise you) You had a combination number lock which got you into your room, the hotel and Breafkfast room. we never saw anyone from the hotel during our stay. ( which we like) all done through Phone and messages. Some people may not like this type of service but we did. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic.
