Baby shower

Held my daughter’s baby shower at the Georgian Hotel. Everyone commented on what a beautiful location, afternoon tea was delicious and the staff were so lovely. Special thanks to Brendan for being so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. If you’re having a special celebration definitely consider holding it here. Thanks again for making my girls day so beautiful.

Wonderful family event

Another Fantastic Family event at the Georgian Hotel, the food was first class and the staff and Brendon couldn’t do enough for us as a special mention Colette looked after 40 of us along with all the other staff we can’t recommend the Georgian for any family event big or small,

Sunday Lunch

Sunday Lunch was absolutely delicious, and great value for money. The service was excellent and all staff were very attentive. I would recommend you visit and enjoy the experience. Centrally located in Coatbridge and accessible from BlairHill Train Station or Coatbridge Central.

Excellent food and friendly staff

Popped in after a walk around Drumpellier park with our dog.
We had bruscetta and lentil soup for starters - both lovely and empty plates all round.
Mains was steak pie, chicken milanese and chicken goujons and a breast of chicken for the doggo- food is delicious and good portions so much so we couldn't finish - well the dog wolfed his down
Sophie was our server and she was lovely a credit to the hotel.
Seen a review saying over run with dogs, yes there were a few but they do have a restaurant that dogs arent allowed in so maybe need to select that area if dogs are not your preference.
We will definitely be back for food when I the area
Lovely to find a dog friendly pub where the food is delicious.

Brilliant food let down by an overly dog friendly policy

Living in Coatbridge for a couple of years now we make a habit of trying new local places. Decided to go to the Georgian before a night at the theatre rather than going into Glasgow. What a mistake that was.
Credit to the kitchen team, the food is fresh and great quality. Fish is as good as you’d get from anywhere, and the chasni is Indian quality. Very good value for money.
However we won’t be back here due to the overbearing dog friendly policy. The bar area itself is pretty small and when we were in there where about 5 dogs on average during the stay barking and wandering around - our table was beside the door and one large dog decide it wanted into our table. Totally uncomfortable experience for anyone trying to enjoy a meal never mind when someone in our party was not great with dogs - really lets the place down as it would be an idea place for a few drinks and lovely food otherwise.
If we ever hear about a change in the dog policy we’d consider going back but for now we’ll give this place a miss.
