Perfect

Location is great, its in the town centre we was there for a wedding and the registry office is right next door. Staff are great and always there to help, atmosphere is lovely and the rooms are good, air con was on which was a blessing. The hotel is very clean and value for money. Customer service is very good
We stayed for 3 nights and parked in the car park next to the hotel which is also a great price.
We will always book to stay at this hotel when we are visiting our friends.

Great hotel and location

having read some of the not great reviews i went with low expectations, however our experience as a very large party with over a dozen rooms was very different. My room was on the third floor and very well appointment with pristine white sheets.
The best part of the hotel was the three members of staff that were working on Friday night. It has self check in but the staff were around if anyone needed it. We then booked to eat in the restaurant on Friday for an early meal with children and this was dealt with very well. The 2 for 1 cocktails went down a storm and created a lovely atmosphere for all around.
Through to Breakfast on Sunday morning where the selection was huge for both healthy and full english options. Really well done.
My only concern had been parking however there is a car park next to the hotel where parking for the entire weekend was just over £8

A great stay in Central Derby

Always a lovely stay when we come to the premier in, in Derby town centre. Close to the msluseum which is handy for our kids. Location is easy to get too, staff are great, rooms are as expected and beds are comfy. Never dissapointed when we stay and easy for the kids to relax and enjoy the night stay over!

Not bad - what you expect

Very good location
Excellent bed
Staff only medium interest levels - they were fine but not very positive (bar one tall guy - who tried and was very positive). Rest were fine. Pretty much as expected - bathroom could do with a little facelift

Excellent hotel

Beautiful hotel, bedrooms spacious and spotless, en suite clean and had everything we needed. All you can eat breakfast was lovely.
