Avoid!

This place doesn't deserve a single star but I cannot submit my review without selecting! This hell hole is no apartment. I doubt it is even legal! This is a junkies bedroom! The hallway stinks of urine and the room is filthy! We arrived 20 minutes ago, used the toilet and left! We are currently on our way to a travelodge as nobody can sleep in that room. Do not waste your money! We travelled 5 hours with my husband and 5 year old daughter! Absolutely despicable!

Worst accommodation ever, couldn't stay

We have not even stayed here. The main door looks like it has been boarded up by council . There were teenagers standing outside the main door drinking. The stairway leading to the apartment smells strongly of urine, so bad it made a family member sick. The apartment was initially booked for 2 parents and an 11 year old child. There was 1 bed and it wasn't an apartment but a room. I have requested a refund and have complained to booking.com. This is the worst acoomodation I have seen on booking.com and would not advise anyone to stay here.

Stinking dirty hole!!!!!!!!!!

Was in the place not even 5 mins! Oh my god to say dirty is an understatement! This place is ridiculously dirty, curtains do not close, stains that look like poo on broken chairs! Hairs n skin on bed cloths, satains on the floors! We were told there was a kitchen to find a mini fridge and a kettle in the room! We were givin an early check in to get there and not have the keys in lock box like we were told the where, we had 2 rooms booked and only 1 was ready! We have a 10 month old baby who is crawling may i add and we wouldnt have been able to put her down for fear of her catching something absolute disgrace! After paying for the weekend we ended up walking out and leaving the key for them and paying extra money to say so.ewhere else

The dumbarton dungeons

Left within 5 minutes, smelt like cannabis, abandoned bath in the stairwell full of rubbish. We were led to believe that there was a kitchen so we took fresh food, there was no kitchen. Although, we were offered a kettle. A strange knocking noise coming from the bathroom and questionable stains on the broken chairs.

Worked room ever

Dirty used towels in drawers cling film over smoke alarm curtains didn't close nothing like what advertized ended up buying 2 sleeping bags as sheets smelt would have moved some we're else if had time
