Unexpected satisfaction

Simply magnificent. Comfortable beds, the bathroom extraordinary, the building beautiful. If I could point out something negative, it is the distance to the old town, but the truth is that it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk.
I recommend it

Lovely Stay at the Indigo

We recently stayed in a Suite with a massive bath, We loved our stay and the staff were fantastic and polite on welcome and arrival, We 100% recommend staying here in the future, location is fantastic also just by the river and city centre

Room was spacious and clean, a little card and a note on the mirror was a nice touch for our wedding anniversary . Would recommend

The hotel is well located and the room size was quite large. The accommodation is clean and well maintained, we had issues with the TV but staff sorted it. The staff were great helpful and friendly. We would stay again

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the city’s landmarks. Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Building was previously a Victorian County Hall and had been converted into a hotel to retain many of the outstanding features.
Restaurant provided a wide selection of dishes, which were well presented and delicious. Will definitely return for future visits to Durham.
