Premier Inn Hayle

Very nice location. Reception staff were very nice and help full. The room was nice and comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was ok. It was very quiet. The food next door was not very good. The staff in the pub were quite loud and unprofessional and were picking on another member of staff in front of the Diners. The staff need to be trained how to behave in front of people. They were turning people away saying they were full when there we're not. Premier Inn very Good. Pub next door Very Bad.

Premier inn hayle

Cleanliness is poor ,spiders webs and very dusty.
Toilet seat loose and mould on ceiling.
Not a major problem but no usb sockets or air conditioning

Staff were helpful/friendly, especially Jamie,she was fabroom clean/comfy, when I ve been to other premier inns, they clean room everyday, but you did have to ask here, but when I asked, they accommodated us,l, I'd stay here again, but don't advise eating in loggans in,next door

Dreadful

Unfortunately it was a dreadful experience. There looked as if someone had been sick on the sofa, the shower was a dribble, the hand soap dispenser was rusty. We refused to eat in the beefeater where breakfast was served because it was filthy, and it needs a full refit. There was rubbish outside for three days, dirty tables and cutlery. Not for me I am sorry to say.

Review

Had a wonderful stay at Premiere Inn. The service was really commendable. The bedroom was good and very clean. Going to recommend this to my friends for sure. Staff were highly polite.
