The images from the host make the place look palatial - it is anything but. It is unclean, run down, and downright filthy in places. The communication is dreadful - we were checked in by a waitress from the restaurant below who knew nothing about the requests we'd made for our booking - including a highchair - so borrowed one from the restaurant that was too small for table. Upon entering the property we found thick layers of dust and cobwebs and spider's nests in almost every room. The ceilings have leak stains and cracks through the plaster. The single seat in the living room was completely busted; the bottom was on the floor, making it unsafe and unusable. There was, therefore, two seats for four guests. All the cutlery and crockery was mismatched - it looked like opening someone's spares drawer - and it was all dirty. We had to load the dishwasher and clean everything before we could eat or drink. The balcony area was in even worse state: the floor was covered in cigarette butts; there was a full dirty ashtray on the table, and an empty food tin in the corner. There was no bedside light in the second bedroom - we found it broken and stuffed in the master bedroom wardrobe. The baths had limescale and mould all around, and the soap dishes were filthy. The drench shower was also broken, and there were holes in the towels. And after all this, the communication was non-existent. Our messages went unanswered and the contact phone number is disconnected.

Disappointed
Disabled, didn’t know I had to climb 60 steps. Not very clean. Only 2 chairs at breakfast bar.
